Ordered in November 2014 in the online store megasalon sofa bed and armchair-bed "Baron". Had a discount, a sofa from 140 cm wide in two colors is worth 15 tr. Per share, competitors from 18 tr. and free delivery in Moscow. They brought it in 7 days, as agreed with the forwarder. I asked the forwarder to call in advance, an hour before delivery. But they called when they were already near the entrance. We accepted furniture sealed in film. They didn’t order the assembly, we decided to assemble it ourselves, since at that moment we had the same Baron sofa, but from a different factory.
In general, having disassembled our old sofa, we started assembling new ones. And it turned out that the sidewalls do not have metal grooves into which the rear wall is inserted. And you need to fix it on ordinary screws, which should have been 4 pieces. on each sofa, and there were only 2 pieces. I can’t imagine how you can make eco-leather holes on the wall and sidewalls.
When we began to connect the sidewalls with the bed itself, we saw that 2 of the 4 holes did not match, the difference was 5-6 mm. The husband knocked out with a hammer and more or less fixed everything. Twisting is very uncomfortable and very hard, spent a lot of time.
When assembling the sofas, we looked at how they were made. But they were made very sloppy, the fabric comes out, somewhere the eco-leather on the sidewalls is tightened, the legs at the sidewalls are attached with a stapler, etc. And most importantly, we have something to save, the same sofa was next.
But the most inconvenient thing was that when you take apart the sofas, they don’t leave, and the extreme part (legs) rises up and you need to make an additional movement so that it goes down. And to collect them is also a problem, since they simply did not intend to return.
I called the online store, telling you that there are no guides on the sidewalls and that the sofas are not going to. The girl replies that the springs need to be loosened and is surprised that there are no guides. They tell me that they will call me from the factory tomorrow, and they will tell me when they arrive and they will fix everything. Nkito did not call me back. And then for a week I called every day and I was fed breakfast. As a result, I was told that there are no guides in this sofa, but there is an assembly for screws. Although when the husband called them as a buyer, he found out that they put the guides, but this must be discussed in advance when ordering and their installation is free.
I do not recommend ordering Megasalon furniture at this factory, the quality is poor and the service is terrible. Do not trust stocks where the price is much lower than that of competitors.
At the old sofa from Aisha factory, after 8 years, the wheels broke, the bolts fell off and even broke, 2 springs flew out. Let's see what happens to this.
I do not recommend anyone to buy sofas from a mega showroom!
