As a result, it turned out that he had calculated incorrectly and the tiles were not enough even for 1 wall. I called to order tiles with free delivery, as this situation occurred due to a store employee. As a result, on the first day, a girl (another store employee) did not communicate very politely with me, and the next day, Eugene said that it would not work with free delivery. I do not recommend making purchases in this store, since the service is at a low level.

It is strange to read negative reviews about this product. We laid tiles (granite or rather) on the floor 5 years ago, in the kitchen and in the hallway. There are no problems so far. Bosco Collection, 2 different shades.

A dog lives in our house and when the period of active molting begins, it is unrealistic to remove hair from the tile. He takes only a vacuum cleaner, but with a rag, you can clean it only once with a third, and then not all hair is removed. Since the surface of the tile is not even, a little textured, under a tree we encountered such a problem. But this is rather the nuances, and not the minus of this manufacturer.

At the weekend we bought tiles at KERAMA MARAZZI, they did not give us tiles right away, due to the warehouse working until 17:00. We agreed to pick up the tiles from our warehouse on Central 59/2, Ufa.

When my husband arrived at the warehouse, he specially rented a Gazelle to pick up the boxes of tiles, but he was not allowed to pick up the paid tiles, due to the unloading of goods and told to wait about 3 hours, then only they will be able to give out our tile. As a result, my husband left without our paid tile. Total disrespect to customers !!!

They brought a tile completely different in color from the ordered one, this is clearly visible in the photo. The manager refuses to change the tile, referring to the fact that the tile has a different tone and this is normal.

The seller drew us a beautiful project, counted the number, we agreed with the tiler and in a week I had to have a beautiful tile in the bathroom, but it's not so simple ...

At first, there were not enough 4 tiles on the floor ... they brought them, laid them, but the trouble is, when we arrived to evaluate the work, the tile was not the same, it was not at all the same (although the seller ordered this one, apparently he decided that the brown one in the white bath would look better )

In the cabin, the seller pleaded guilty, ordered us the very tile, but we refused to compensate for installation and dismantling losses, completely.
If you think that the story is over, then no, everything is just beginning)))

According to the project, there are three types of tiles on the walls, but for some reason they brought me the WHOLE collection (all five types), the project, they didn’t, they didn’t see it ... One view, even in the amount of ONE tile, why, xs.

We were offered to return the order, at our own expense, of course, and order a new one, also at our own expense, in total, cooperation with this organization cost us an additional $ 250, which no one is going to compensate us ...
