Hello everyone, in November 2018, a mattress with a Consul bed was purchased, a model of the KEC TR mattress, medium hardness.

Used in total, constantly, for 4 months. In the middle of the mattress, the springs have lost their stiffness and now, according to the sensations, it is empty under them; if you slowly press and release, the springs return to half. In places where the mattress is not used (corners and sidewall), the mattress has kept its condition.

If problems arise, contact the so-called Quality Department of the Consul factory, and then you are stifled with standards that if the mattress sagged less than 3 centimeters, then this is not a problem, sleep as you like on this, as they call it, high-quality mattress ...

The low-quality springs, which are weakened, they explain as “internal shrinkage of the flooring layers”.

But the funny thing is, in the correspondence they offer to buy something else so that the problem ceases to disturb;)))
