I was very afraid that she would be too bulky and “eat all the air” in the apartment. But thanks to a pleasant, milky beige color, the room remained bright)) So about the company itself. Maybe we were lucky, but Via Furniture fulfilled all its obligations perfectly. And the delivery on time and with the assembly was not delayed. The furniture was delivered unassembled, naturally. Everything is packed in thick paper, very carefully, fittings in separate cardboard boxes. I remind you that the wall is quite large, angular and had a lot of accessories, I was afraid that something would not be enough. But the kit was brought completely, everything is in place. I want to note the high-quality material of the facades, the texture is pleasant to the touch, smooth. Films are tinted with bronze of water the color of pens. I really like the pens - they are dull, but not rough. I was also very glad (well, this also played an important role in choosing the wall) that there are mirrors on the doors. Full-length mirrors are a little dream of every girl, I really missed them. In general, the mirrors are quite narrow, but it’s convenient for me, I can fully appreciate myself before going out)) The quality of the wall and delivery made me happy, but I was very worried about the assembly. After all, here the doors will be slightly inaccurate and one will cling to the other. But the craftsmen assembled everything perfectly, millimeter to millimeter, the doors open freely, close smoothly and quietly. The boxes also slide smoothly and silently. The material of the case and facades is quite strong. When you open the doors, you feel that they are so pleasantly massive)) In the center of the wall are two small doors with glasses - windows.It’s just successfully completed - there are shop windows, but they take up a bit of space, there is more really functional space where you can put everything you need. They brought, cut a box with a facade in the middle, the whole mirror. I noticed that the box was wet on the side, but did not attach importance. But in vain, it was necessary to unpack and check the whole box. Having brought the furniture home and starting the inspection of the goods, it was revealed that the facade was swollen at the place where the packaging got wet.
I immediately contacted the store, with the question is it possible to return immediately? They answered that since they had already accepted and signed the act, now only through the claim.

Left a claim to the store, to replace the facade. They said they would solve the problem within 1-2 days.
This is not the first time I have ordered furniture in various places, and I have already encountered damaged facades or cases, always just changing damaged parts for a short time.

As a result, on the fourth day I applied - in response, I heard that my complaint went to the legal department because I signed the act. Wait 10 business days. To my objection, I heard that he signed the act, it’s his own fault, even if the fault of their delivery employee is obvious and now all my problems are mine — this is a Russian business, you can’t name it otherwise!

I don’t argue, it’s entirely my fault that I did not unpack the packaging on the spot and did not check the facade from the wet edge. Actually, the lawyers of this beautiful company alluded to. It will be my lesson for the future .. The store is ready to have dissatisfied customers, instead of fixing their flaws.

The claim was accepted on 08/19/2019. I received the answer on 09/10/2019 after my next “kick”. After three! weeks!
For three weeks, the valiant lawyers of this organization wrote an unsubscribe referring to the fact that I accepted the goods without inspection and did not indicate anything in the act, and I myself could damage the facade.

And the furniture apparently can only be thrown away or transferred to the employees of this company for use ...

Very good here bought a closet (called Bavaria). Looks good in the room, it is tall. Facades made of wood, beautiful texture. Delivered immediately the next day after the order, delivery is free, they have a number of models have free delivery. Collected by yourself. It’s true that each small item is separate, everything had to be assembled from scratch, so to speak, but at least all the holes were prepared and the instructions were normal, each part was numbered, and in general there were no special problems with the assembly.

Loved the Caprice model for the nursery here. This is a whole combined complex: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. We have a small nursery, it was necessary to accommodate all the furniture and still leave room for games.
