For a long time I chose and compared autonomous sewers from different manufacturers, walked around the neighbors. But not impressed. As a result, I stopped at Alta Bio. An engineer came, after arrival, a day later, they gave me a price for Alta Bio 5+. The price is excellent - I bought it. Installation was done quickly, there were no problems.

For two years of use, no problems, breakdowns. You can throw toilet paper, napkins, I also really liked that I was pouring water from a washing machine.

The price is clearly overpriced. The quality of the proposed pumps is low. The factory timer for pump control is not repairable and can only be replaced (8600 rubles).

He put it in a summer house, the load on the station was very insignificant, the operation was gentle. I turned it off for the winter, turned it on in the spring, everything worked fine for two seasons. I turned it on this spring - the station is not working. I got through a miraculously preserved telephone to the guy who installed the station, he said very often control stations with a cost of 8 tr are flying at these stations, so the most common way to solve this problem is to extend another wire to the station and turn on the pump through timer to the outlet.

So it goes. For the money the station costs, you can launch a shuttle into space, and then two years of work, and then a socket with a timer. I note that there is no service, no support, in fact, now I am left alone with this fucking station, I have to delve into it myself in order to somehow resolve the issue.

Do not repeat my mistakes, do not haw this bullshit. I think such a manufacturer in modern conditions should fix the losses and leave the market, this is not the case.

Complete failure of the station in the third year of operation. The manufacturer of the station has a very weak warranty and post-warranty service, in general, customer support is very weak, it is very difficult to find specialists who will at least tell you something about problems and repairs.

Used 3 years, a house for temporary residence. After 3 years, the equipment failed. And then the fun began: a 5-year warranty, this is not a guarantee, but only for installation. The pump is only 2 years old. The arrival of specialists from the Alta group costs 8500 rubles. Is this even conceivable? I have 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road, the Resurrection District. What are 8500, delivery to me 2000-2500 rub. maximum. The pump itself is 5500 rub., The control unit is 8500 rub. Moreover, the quality of these blocks sucks, as the installers later told me. And this Alta group wants to refuse Karcher’s pumps due to their unreliability. The representative of their company, Maria, can’t help with anything, they break the price, themselves, as you want. Buy a pump and install it yourself. I do not recommend this office to anyone, I regret contacting them.

The first year worked fine. In the second summer, problems began, in the third year everything went out of order.

The ugly quality of equipment worth more than 100 thousand rubles.

The nozzles are constantly clogged, the drain pump is constantly either failing or working haphazardly, the Christmas tree with bacteria does not let water through until you clean it! Do not take this nonsense!

I have operated the septic tank “AltaBio” all last winter and I can say that the system does not freeze even in severe frosts. Additional warming was not required, since decomposition occurs continuously inside the septic tank, implying heat generation, allowing the system to warm up.

Naturally, the septic tank must be constantly operated without downtime, otherwise the defrosting will occur closer to April. The system will work even when there is a power outage, due to gravity flow. Due to the cylindrical egg-shaped form, the equipment is not subjected to deformation under the influence of groundwater.

2. There is no need to dig a convenient excavation pit - it is important at a high level of soil water.

Self-cleaning is not provided.

He installed the septic tank Alta Bio and received a complete kit with coagulants that contribute to the effective removal of phosphorus, abundant in wastewater. Due to this, the soil is not swamped, and the structure operates during the calendar year without cleaning, and the place of sludge discharge does not overgrow with vegetation.

The electrical part of the structure is completely sealed and can withstand water pressure. The system operates in 2 modes and performs aerobic cleaning using a biofilter. The main thing is that the device works without electricity due to gravity-fed overflow of drains.

In our village, the septic tank Alta Bio is in great demand. 50% have it, including ours. After three years of use, we invited for the prevention of the sewer. It turned out that the water in the drainage well was clean, without any smells. Of course, a little silt is still available at the bottom of the well, but not the point, it is all cleaned properly.

It is enough to pour a jar of bacteria into the septic tank once a year on the advice of installers. When flushing the toilet, we throw the paper there, and not in the garbage can. My dishes, also draining into the septic tank. At the cottage we are not that guests, but are regularly on weekends, even in winter. With a long absence, we pour a package of kefir into the toilet and everything is fine. Most importantly, the winters are not warm and at -35 our septic tank did not freeze. Very happy with it.
