In 2013, I bought two sets of Spyheat brand flooring; installation was done by a specialist in screed. Not happy with the floor, a lot of breakdowns and troubles with it. True, you need to give credit to the customer service, they always treat customers well and help solve problems. There were no problems with installation, the employee quickly did everything. I do not advise you to purchase this floor, yet I want to not bother with the constant problems with it.

- both control panels have broken, the first battery mount has fallen off, the second started having problems with the electronics;
- after 6 months, the first serious problem - the wire mounted in the screed burned out, could not find a break on its own. The wire is shielded, and copper turned out to be very, very fragile and thin.

Just picked it up and stopped heating up. The temperature controller is installed in my programmable, it shows heating, but in fact it is not there, the floor is cold. When I start switching the relay using the joystick, it turns off and starts to show that there is no heating.

Then, 1-1.5 minutes pass, the heating is cut in, the indicator informs that the floor is being heated, the floor is heating up to normal, and then it just stops maintaining the temperature, turns off. The timer opened, the relay changed, nothing helped! He is all buggy, he came to the conclusion that the problem is all in the heating cables. In general, I’m extremely dissatisfied, there is so much headache from this sex, it would be better if I didn’t put it at all, there is absolutely no sense.
