Never buy a boiler of this company! I was warned by the saleswoman that in a year I would have to change the boiler, but how could a woman understand something ... Advice to the manufacturer: expel marketers and hire a dozen engineers for the difference, there will definitely be benefits.

The tank dripped in a year and a week from the date of purchase. 5 year tank warranty. The manufacturer refused to replace, because "it is necessary to change the anode at least 1 time per year." And we did not have time! Absurd! I will sue the manufacturer.

Recently bought Garantterm GTI 30 V, behaves perfectly. Nothing flowed, did not burn out, even the safety valve is in order. Perhaps the fact is that they were installed according to all the rules. Installed in the toilet on the wall, does not take up much space, does not bother anyone, looks great.Although the heater has two heating modes of 1300 W and 700 W, so far we use only that at 700 W for reasons of economy and safety. Although the consultants said that you can use two modes at the same time, we did not dare. The tank is certainly small and you need to take a shower very quickly, and so an excellent model in the event of a shutdown.
It is not clear with the service, the site said that the boiler does not require an anode, since the tank is made of stainless steel, and the instructions indicate that the anode is there and needs to be changed periodically.

I bought Garanterm ER 100v in January 22nd, before that there was Ariston which leaked after 7 years of operation. The heater was immediately installed by a craftsman from a company that the store recommended. At first they were very happy, since a 1300-watt heater heats water quite quickly, in 4 hours and it was enough to take two baths in a row. But then the little arrow crawled down a little, and already on the 27th day absolutely cold water flowed out of the tank, even though the bulb on the thermocouple shone well. C'mon ten burned out after 5 days ???

After a call to the store, they told me that the goods were already in use and could not be returned. They kicked off to the service center. Okay, I called the repairmen, they said that the master will arrive within 14 days, well, are you kidding me and boil the water in the teapot? It is possible, of course, that a deliberate marriage was slipped into the store, but the duration of the not the cheapest heater for 5 days is nonsense.

At a cost, the model can be attributed to the economy class, since at the time of purchase the boiler cost me only 4000 rubles. Externally, the model looks good, the boiler is not bulky, the shape is round.

The inner tank is covered with reinforced enamel, so we are not afraid of the formation of corrosion in the water heater. The water heats up very quickly, there are no problems with this and, fortunately, cools down for a long time.

And if you think it is more profitable to buy a flow or storage water heater, then choose the last option. My electricity bills haven't changed much. But the parents have flowing, so he winds up a lot, constantly works, not at all economical.

During installation, it turned out that the safety valve is defective. It simply let water through even when the water heater was off. For a long time and persistently our plumber was picking it, after which he advised me to call the service. I called, they replaced me under warranty.True, the new valve also leaked for about 2 weeks after installation, and then the problem disappeared.

In my opinion, this is not normal when the first repair has the same date as the purchase of a boiler. Although in fairness, we have been using it for 4 years now it is working fine, maybe I’m lucky.
