We have a small child who often runs around the apartment, can spill something on the floor. Therefore, the most important characteristics for us were: good sound insulation, moisture resistance and durability.

We made repairs on our own, so we needed a laminate that can be laid independently and directly on the boards. The cost of the laminate was also important, we could not afford very expensive options.
