This spring, I chose a mattress in my bedroom in a new apartment. And as usual, when you have experience, you understand that they don’t save on their backs. The last mattress from Shatura for 10 years was rather a disappointment, all the while it was scary in the middle.

In general - it was decided - we choose the best mattress on the market! I lay absolutely with all manufacturers in Moscow - and Ascona and Perrino and Consul and Ormatek, in general, really everything.

Even then, I saw Toris salons close and everyone told me that they were bankrupt, but my body liked the Egoist M1 mattress (retail 66t.r. with an 18% discount).

I ordered, they called saying that there was no 100% cotton, but then they did it later, they brought it and I forgot, because not yet moved, lies to himself and lies.

Next - I wanted to make the height of the berth according to the American standard - not 50 cm but 70 cm, because I’m used to that it’s much more convenient to get up without straining with a mess. with 50 cm on the other hand, it’s barely barely possible, because knees above 50 cm. Who came up with such a standard is still surprised. To do this, I made a special order for the bed, so that the height of the lat was 40 cm, so that the total height of the berth was 40 + 26 cm (declared thickness of the mattress) = 66 cm

And then, by chance looking at this lying sealed mattress, I decided to measure it.

Imagine my surprise when I saw that the thickness of this mattress was 65 tr. with nat latex, 7 zone orthopedic spring unit for 2000 springs per meter - only 20 (!!!) cm, like any ordinary mattress for 10 tr !!!

I began to write complaints - they answered me that I was measuring incorrectly, that a 1-2 cm difference was permissible.

I tried it right. Really not enough 6 (!!!) cm.

And what is asked, they did not report there?

How to sleep on such a defective mattress now, knowing that there is definitely a layer on two sides (I suspect the most expensive natural latex, I guess .... That is, I bought for 66t ... a folding bed! !!

And - lo and behold - on September 13th I received an answer that my mattress was recognized as a marriage and a new mattress would be made for me in 21 days (clarifying that the law is 45 days old).

What we have? Today is December 11 (it's 90 days, a minute)

I have neither a converted mattress nor money.

They also informed me that they did not have 100% cotton, and then they said that they could not make 100% cotton at all.

I, under all consumer protection laws, asked for a refund.

After that there was silence.

Toris bought a mattress back in 2006. I don’t remember the model! Height 20 cm, with coconut coir on both sides with different rigidity of the sides, winter-summer. There are handles on the sides for easy turning of the mattress. She slept and enjoyed all these years. Only 1.5 years ago, the springs began to fail or maybe something else in the foot part of the mattress. His fate was not easy, and the child jumped and survived two moves. So I can confidently say that the quality is excellent! There was no smell from the very beginning.

There is a very solid interior, even when sitting you don’t fail, and when lying down you feel such pleasant support in the lower back. It’s not a hard, very nice surface. And yet - I don’t remember the smell, only the film stinked and that’s it. We slept normally the first night.

At night, when nosing in March and stirring, a slight smell emanated, as you step on a mushroom and spores fly out from it. They didn’t cover with a blanket for two days; today I no longer hear the smell. For the rest, I’m satisfied with everything; nothing presses on the couch. At night, he practically stopped waking up (before you track something down and starts to go numb). In general, it was not in vain that we stopped at Toris. You can rest assured that the mattresses (at least in the middle price category) are good. We’ll see what happens next. A week and a half passed. All perfectly.

We bought a mattress at Toris six months ago, in April. They took a model with independent springs and coconut and latex - Modus Plus. Contract No. 15 - 0426/152, in the Grand Shopping Center. The mattress is very good. Strong stitched.Durable, heavy. We sleep on it without hind legs. Tight, but very tender. I’ve been lying on him with bliss for six months now. The back has ceased to hurt - this is not a joke, because from the last mattress, I crawled on crusts, my back was trembling. They chose Toris, because earlier they bought from their parents a mattress. They were very pleased. In addition, it was important for me that the mattress was truly orthopedic, and not with orthopedic effect, aha-aha ... as a curd product instead of curd. It has two seasonal sides - summer / winter, and where summer - there is coconut and harder, and where winter - there is a softer side. They brought us quickly, after three days we were already sleeping on the mattress, our old movers also took away. No acrid smell, as it is written here, was not met at all. The only negative is that the mattress is a little expensive, but tolerable - they gave 38,000, but I do not regret it at all, although at first it was scary to part with such an amount. My husband liked that in the mattress there is an opportunity to choose a spring. We took more stringent than the standard - this is called stiffness F2.

They took a Format-14 mattress, after unpacking (it was packed in a roll), and after 3 days it did not straighten out, on the surface of the pit and folds. They spent a lot of energy and nerves to change, but the second mattress behaved no better, and after a lapse of even a month did not straighten out. And even worse - he seemed to be stretched out and the edges protrude beyond the edges of the bed. You can sleep, but the sediment remains. Unhappy with the purchase.

It looks high quality, good materials, does not smell.

He doesn’t keep his uniform, he’s not sure that he will last at least a year.
