We bought a sofa from this factory in October 2016 in Saratov at the Vilt store. The contract of retail sale 07. We brought on time.

The sofa is beautiful, looks good in our living room. 4 sections: 3 with a folding mechanism + 1 section.

After 4 months of careful operation, the folding mechanism began to creak, both unassembled and when landing, section 4 (without the mechanism) also creaks when you sit on it. Pillows sank to the back, became a slope. We operate the sofa two women weighing 70 kg. We complained to the store. They promised to respond within 10 days, send the equipment. We wait.

This sofa is our family's favorite gathering place in the evenings. It has been serving us for several years. We are very happy with it, especially our children, who simply adore playing and jumping on it. In my opinion, the quality is worth the price. We plan to buy another one in our new living room.

But after that, trouble started. The mechanism of the sofa, despite the fact that the manufacturer gives a guarantee of 10 years, has properly served only 2.5 years. Now laid out with difficulty. Nuts are constantly unscrewed from it and you have to wind them back. The skin was wiped and cracked. The leather upholstery was taken with the aim that traces from the pranks of a small child would be easier to wipe. In practice, it turned out exactly the opposite. Traces of paste or felt-tip pen are erased from the sofa with paint, leaving whitish spots. The purchased spray paint for the skin did not help, there are spots, but now they are dark.

We came to the furniture salon to choose a sofa. At first, we were looking for a seller of a consultant for a long time.
