We made 3 orders, the last in July 2019 and did not look at the reviews, we thought that everything was as before, as in previous years. Who knew that the company had a mess. In short, then: they made an order in July, they should have given us furniture back in September, in fact, they received it in October. The manager didn’t lead our order corny, that is, we called the office ourselves to find out everything. In the middle of the waiting period, it turned out that the pens will be different because they were discontinued.
Result: handles of a different color, a hole for cables of a different size (the designer did not take into account that where the hole will go through the back wall of the cabinet), respectively, after assembling the cabinet, the wires do not crawl into the hole, I had to disassemble the cabinet, insert the wires and then assemble them with wires, delay for 3 weeks, and then another week after they took the order, the manager woke up and began to demand an extra charge of 500 rubles from us ..

Pros are a thing of the past! Now there are some disadvantages, the backbone of the company is gone, now they are gaining stupid and lazy people, as a result, quality suffers.

We ordered the bed of ANRI 06/23/2019 contract GOMU0 00001161 in Yekaterinburg. They waited a month, and then they waited. Collected by yourself, there is nothing difficult. After assembly, a stitching defect was found on the side drawer (the thread opened). The fact is certainly not very pleasant.

We filed a complaint with a furniture salon where they placed an order for this product. After two weeks of waiting, the factory refused to guarantee the replacement of defective parts (czar). But with an offer to buy from them a part of good quality, at the selling price of the factory.

I bought custom-made furniture, cabinets, a chest of drawers, a table and a mirror. The furniture was assembled quickly, but on the second day the whole mirror was spreading out (photos 1 and 2). I called and they took him to correct. After 3 weeks, they finally brought it (photos 3 and 4), and I was horrified.

I returned it back. The question is, if there is no way to do it, why take the time? A week passed neither a call, nor an answer, no greetings. Money is not returned, it is not clear why such a boorish attitude? Well, I'm sorry, as if I ordered in the backyard garage.
