But of course he didn’t feel any smell, and began to convince me that it was normal for new furniture, that their furniture was fully certified and non-toxic. And yes, he said that we can call an independent expert at our own expense, but the examination will still show the norm.

He cited many examples. He advised every day to spray the cabinet with prono polish. But, to my great regret, this does not help at all). I join all the negative comments about the smell, these are not at all unfounded accusations, this is just a nightmare. the wardrobe was purchased in a new apartment, and we have all the furniture new and have something to compare. I am very glad that I did not order anything there in the nursery. I do not advise anyone to buy this furniture.

Manager Victoria promised to fix everything in a week and arrange expert delivery.And this also turned out to be a hoax (she answered with the same phrases “the factory answered me that way, I don’t know”) Manager Victoria is completely incompetent in her work.

After a month of waiting and living completely without condition (the old kitchen was gone), I waited. They did everything, there were minor flaws with details, but I closed my eyes to them. It is very difficult to present anything under the contract, it was written for the complete peace of mind of the contractor, and the customer is responsible for everything and in which case can be sent to hell (and even with fines).

The result: an expired kitchen, a long-lasting marriage, the wrong color of the facades of the cabinets.

They wrote a claim for a replacement and after 2 weeks they brought us replacement parts with exactly the same defects, wrote a second claim demanding to take “this” and terminate the sales contract, in response to silence, we’ve been living on the boxes for a month now, they’re even better than the furniture of this company. Draw your own conclusions, I wouldn’t get in touch with them after this, there are a lot of furniture stores in St. Petersburg and maybe there are more companies located to the client.
