Six months later, it turned out that the soft filler under the seat (which rises) was washed out, and it became impossible to sit on it. I announced this to the manufacturer. Replaced without problems.
We didn’t often lay out the corner, so we didn’t use the inserted pillows very much. But still, after some time, they noticed that a soft filler also missed into the bottom. At first they thought that it would go that way, but with each use, the wash increased more and more. In the end, the wash became the same as on a rising seat. And it was necessary to immediately inform the manufacturer about it, but something was not there, then circumstances did not allow ... Finally, they found the time, they informed TRIA that the seats were washed. And what did you think, in response, their quality service stated that the warranty period had passed, and if we want to replace, buy new ones.
I tried to argue that the defect did not appear now, but long ago, and that a delay of 2 days under the warranty period is even ridiculous. But they were all on the drum.
Conclusion: although in general the corner is good, the quality of its individual elements is disgusting. In addition, the service (or quality) service is not interested in customer satisfaction. The client is always right - not for them.

Ordered on December 20, 18, Milan's table, bleached oak and 2 chairs. I hoped to celebrate the New Year with a bigger table. No one called, the order did not confirm. I think, okay, hot season. Not broken off, called herself.

The operator found out something for a long time. As a result, they said that the table is not available and that it will be on 01/17/19 and that they will call me after the New Year holidays. The numbers on January 20 called herself again. We’ll bring it, they say, on January 30th ... the girl phoned (herself, for the first time !!) and said that the chairs arrived at the table defective and we must wait for the next delivery ...

They brought as a result of 02.20. Over a month of use, the seam between the 2 parts of the countertop gradually rose. They did not spill anything, they only wiped it off with a rag as usual. I called and wrote a complaint. As a result, I received an answer, they say, did not comply with the operating rules ... who proved this ??

In general, unsubscribe. I don’t even want to be nervous because of these freaks. We decided that if the table is completely spoiled, we’ll burn it in the country))) by the way, the chairs also have some spots on shiny legs, but these are trifles))) I don’t advise the office, they lure you at low prices, and the quality is poor. And the staff is poor, impolite. And the deadlines are broken. I will never buy anything from them again.

09/13/2019 have drawn up an agreement 331782 purchase of a kitchen table. The order was placed in the store, there was no exhibition model of this model, we formed it according to the photo on the site. The seller told us according to our model.

After the table was delivered to us on the 18th, everything turned out differently! A completely different table assembly mechanism and model style. We turned to the store, for which the seller directed us to the factory. We categorically did not like this assembly mechanism !!!

We applied within 14 days for a refund, but they refused us !!!!!! The fault of the seller, the site, but the buyer suffers !!!! Where is this seen! I have never encountered such indifference to my customers! I am extremely indignant, we will file a lawsuit in court !!!!!!!!

No no!!!!!! My nerves are trembling and wasting my time!

Very negligent and boorish attitude towards customers! Do not comply with consumer laws!

I ordered the bedroom of Shroud, promised delivery in 2 weeks, 45 days have passed, we are still waiting. In March'18, she applied to the company with a statement about the discovered shortcomings (the so-called “tempered” glass cracked) with all documents and photos attached, as well as links to regulatory acts.

There is no answer so far (October'18, for a second; more than six months to consider the application ?! But there is no answer)

Despite my repeated appeals about resolving the issue, I get the same answer: they sent to the factory, we are waiting for information from them.
Although I, as a buyer, should not care about other people's relationships with the plant.

So, there is no question of any GUARANTEED service (yes even there, even elementary interaction with the client on a conflict issue) after the purchase.

Quality DISAPPOINTING !!!! Holes drilled 30% with chips, well, those that will overlap the chipboard, but those that are in sight especially with a diameter of 15 are simply DARK !!!! 7 shelves, 4 holes on each under the shelf, but on each shelf is one of 4 larger sizes, into which the shelf holder "enters and exits" with a whistle.

But this is not so bad .... The cabinet, in fact, cannot be pulled together by anything at all, those are confirmations from above and below to the side and middle walls of EVERYTHING !!! Horizontally, hope is only for carnations of the rear wall of the fiberboard (which are also not in size, I had to bend again to fix this dvpshku), since all the horizontal shelves sit on the shelf of the holders of the very Chinese, which do not even pull up and pull out. And most importantly, by design, at best, they can withstand the shelf itself and a little extra weight, as they are drilled to the edge of the board with a 15 milling cutter, the chipboard thickness remains 4-5 mm, a shaky plastic shelf holder similar to a minifix is ​​inserted in and the whole structure is put on with a 5mm pin which is handed to the side wall - that's it ....

It is neither pulled in nor pulled in as a minifix or as a normal shelf holder of a similar design, nothing just rests on this pin, and so all the shelves, it turns out the cabinet cannot be pulled in any way, the fastening of the shelves to the walls are specifically loosened. I had to buy furniture corners and additionally connect the entire cabinet with them. When the designer designed this cabinet, the campaign was clearly stoned, because in a clear mind you can’t imagine such an ugliness.

The lower guide under the door was jammed in three places. The upper rollers on the doors are all crookedly screwed in, and half just do not spin, maybe just clamped. Collectors ***** in general, hands grow out of the wrong place.

In the kit I also took the filling of two drawers for this city ....... cabinet. There are no assembly instructions, the two side walls are left or right, those are all markings and holes on one side.
In general, simply thrown out money ... If the factory advertises itself in this way: quality, reliability, etc., then it is better if they CLOSE and DO NOT TRANSFER chipboard in vain !!!

On March 28, 2018, for my problems, I ordered "furniture" in the bedroom, proudly called "Lorena", which is manufactured by the FACTORY (!) "Triya" (contract No. Ш-270), through a regional dealer in Saransk. I chose among many other manufacturers, a prerequisite for me was the presence of a production base, in other words, that it was really a factory that guarantees quality, and not basement production. She monitored the network, and now, from a great many, I chose TriYa. I made a full prepayment and began to look forward to the arrival of my furniture.

Repair was made in the room where it was planned to install this furniture. And so, on May 22, 2018, this furniture (beautifully packaged) was delivered to my house, and today, May 24, assemblers came to our house. They began to assemble the cabinet (the whole assembly was with me) - and here is the first disappointment: the upper shelf partially has no coating in the corner. The guys reassured - they say, there will be a shelf upstairs, but there it is not visible. Okay. They began to collect the curbstone - and there, right on the front surface of the curbstone, chipped varnish. That's fine! Here is the factory! I think, okay, we’ll put it in a corner, no one will be taking a look there, but there’s some sediment left !!

It turns out they were flowers! That's when the headboard was pulled out - even the guys who assembled the furniture were horrified! The top corner of the headboard is ragged, dirty, worn! And this is at the Adele bed, white and cream color !!! I simply did not expect such an ambush from a factory-positioning (factory, which means quality!) Furniture manufacturer!

Emotion, I called the factory, it turns out there is a quality department, but. as it turned out after talking with the "manager Irina" (Irina didn’t disclose her last name) - it’s purely nominal: the first time they simply hung up the phone (!), the second time the manager simply “shoved” me to the dealers. And where is the quality guarantee!?! And where is the offer to understand the situation, ask to send a photo of this horror, somehow reassure the client?!?

And here is the result: now I have to wait 45 (!!!) days, until the factory deigns to accept the complaint for my marriage, until the car from my city gets to Volgodonsk, until I get the furniture installed! And we, as it were, dreamed that the bedroom would already begin to operate, and certainly did not expect such unpleasant surprises !!

It is a shame, THREE, TO POSIT YOURSELF AS A MANUFACTURER OF “GOOD” FURNITURE WITH SUCH DEFECTS !!
I will not recommend or advise you to anyone!
