Arrived at the mall in general for another, but came across a chair with red upholstery. Since it was ideally suited in color to my kitchen, I decided to buy it. There was only a copy from the window, already quite worn. I categorically refused to give a discount for used ones, referring to the fact that it was “a store and a company”. I ordered and paid for the delivery of the same chair, but on the spot I bought a pouf under the chair, also from the window and also without a discount, but at least not cracked.
They brought the chair on time, wrapped in 20 layers of film. The driver said that they decided to collect it for us. I signed on the statement that I have no complaints about packaging. When I removed the film, I discovered the reason for such high-quality packing. One of the legs was rubbed along the entire length with sandpaper, and there were 2 ragged holes in the bottom of the chair. They are not visible there but the very fact of such an attitude. I called the reclamation department. An employee arrived and took a picture, drew up an act, promised to replace it within a week. After 2 weeks, I called back, and they answered my claims that since I had signed in the statements, then the claims would not be accepted.
