I turned to Fran Studio with the question of whether they work with the German company PONGS, having received an affirmative answer, clarified the availability of appropriate markings, I was assured that all markings are present and will be visible on the canvas when it is installed.

Several times in a conversation with the manager Glotova Natalya, the presence of markings was a priority for me, as this is the only way to distinguish a genuine canvas from a fake. Glotova assured me that all markings corresponding and authenticating will be present.

I called the meter on the morning of Tuesday, December 4th. On the appointed day, the measurer called and said that the car had broken down and he would arrive after two in the afternoon, it was not very convenient, and asked to try as soon as possible.

I arrived at three o’clock, looked at the bathrooms, made a measurement, once again I noted that the main basis for concluding the contract is the authenticity of the canvas, the presence of appropriate markings. We signed a contract, a deposit was made. the next day, Glotova N called and said that they didn’t have enough film with markings in production and they would bring one ceiling without marking.

It should be noted that a total of 3.3 sq. M. And 1 m. Were required under the contract. sq !!! I refused this offer and offered to terminate the contract, since God knew what kind of chemistry for his money I had no desire to breathe phenols! Glotova N. said that it would take two weeks to wait until delivery from Germany, to which I said I would rather agree to wait, but it is better to terminate the contract due to the impossibility of the contractor to fulfill his obligations.

Menger said she would call back later. I called back after some time and said that they would provide me with the required paintings with markings and relevant certificates. All this seemed to me very suspicious, but so many times everything was discussed and said, on the part of the manager of Fran Studio there were assurances that everything will be as promised and, as indicated in the contract, it remains to believe and wait.

On the appointed day, the installer came and his work was organized, all the time he asked something jerking questions about the height, the lamps, so that the canvases would not be inspected at the initial stage, and immediately began the installation of profiles. when it came time to pull the canvases I examined them and found a forgery of material! There were no markings, except for a vague daub of blue color on one canvas, which he gave out as corresponding to the genuine markings! The smell was so pungent that watery eyes!

The conversation with Glotova’s manager about finding a forgery ended up saying she had original markings there and asked the installer to find at least one letter! I demanded to return the deposit in full, to which the manager said that part of the installation of profiles had been partially carried out. This was what they sought! Usually people are already placed on the floor; work done, where to go !?

But I decided to send them back the paintings and wrote a complaint to the director. Now I look forward to continuing. I don’t know what actions will follow, but if there is no reaction in the near future, I will sue. It's not about the money, I have never met such a blatant lie and frank divorce! Our consumer is in such conditions that everyone makes a fool of us, shows certificates and various pieces of paper that prove nothing and you never know what chemistry you will poison yourself and your family with these PVC!

It should be said that now I understand that in Moscow it is practically impossible to find genuine, original PVC ceilings from European manufacturers! 99.9% under the guise of European PVC we are being sucked in by unknown origin, poisonous films for suspended ceilings. And I understand that everyone who advertises and sells them makes 300% of the profit, and we poison these terrible chemical plastic bags instead of ceilings. In conclusion, I will say bypass this sharashkin office of Fran Studio !!! DO NOT repeat my mistakes !!!

As for the ceilings, it is better to plaster and paint or use drywall and breathe clean air, enjoy the beauty, and not feed the swindlers and poison yourself for your own money! I’ll try to write about further developments.

Immediately after installation there was a strong sweetish smell, nauseating. About a week later, gradually weathered. But, since it was necessary to live like that for a week, I had to use a photocatalytic medical air purifier. During his work, the smell from the ceilings disappeared. After a week, everything became normal. Until we bought Tarkett linoleum with all environmental certificates ... Only this linoleum stinks terribly for three weeks ...

The ceilings were installed 2 years ago, a year later the baseboard between the wall and the ceiling began to shrink and holes formed in the corners, which were not very pleasant for the eye. I decided to inform the company about this situation, frankly waiting for the refusal. BUT, despite the fact that 2 years have passed, they immediately responded to my message and within a few days, at my convenience, the installer came to me to surprise and joy, corrected everything !!! Absolutely free and fast, everything was repaired to me! Many thanks!

As a result, we decided on a matte finish and do not regret it - there are no glare from the rays of light and looks (even after a while) as a perfectly smooth and freshly plastered surface! It does not require special care - once wiping it after installation, it is very rare to clean the dust from time to time with a damp cloth and that's it.

In December 2014, we ordered stretch ceilings at Fran Studio in Klin, we performed work in the Mitino district of Moscow.

In October 2015, a gap was formed on the ceiling between the plank and the stretched material. Under the contract, we have a year of official warranty.

On Monday, October 12, I called manager Aleksey in Klin, tel. +7 (963) 770-72-70, that the ceiling was leaving and this is a guarantee case.

In response, he told me that tomorrow I’ll call you back and decide. 2 weeks passed and he decided nothing until my husband requested the phone of the masters. As a result, the bar from the ceiling fell completely. Only on October 28 did the masters come and make us a ceiling.

Today, October 29, my husband receives a phone call in the morning from Aleksey's boor, who says that this is not a guarantee case and we ourselves have broken the bar. Literally demanded a surcharge of 1,500 rubles. The husband refused him by phone, in response received that we are no longer clients for them and that we no longer call them.

Gentlemen, what normal person will spoil his own ceiling and pick the bar?

An adequate specialist came to make measurements and installations, who did everything in the best possible way. I was glad that they did not try to “impose” the most expensive.

We were offered a perfectly suitable option for our conditions. The film was prepared quite quickly, and I am silent about the installation speed. I was very surprised, but in 2 hours everyone managed.

The appearance of the living room is now pleasing to the eye. There are no complaints about cleaning either - you can just wipe it and everything is perfect again. Very pleased. In other rooms, when we start a repair, we will turn to them again.
