In general, it is intended for an area of ​​90 square meters, I decided to take it just in case with a margin. During operation, it turned out that the boiler justifies itself only at a low temperature of -5-10 degrees. Then all the neighbors started turning on the heaters all over, and the temperature instantly dropped down. I had to buy a stabilizer. I still don’t like that the boiler is noisy during operation, it’s very audible.

By the way, expenses have increased greatly, now you have to give 7,000 rubles a month. A drawback was also noticed, if the lights were suddenly turned off, the boiler does not start automatically when it is turned on. The model is suspended, it does not take up much space, it is also single-circuit. I will not advise, if we had gas, then I did not even consider this option.

More recently, I decided on electric heating. I chose a boiler from Ross Ekonom AOE-6-2N. Why bought it? Everything is very simple, the price was one of the lowest, about 5500 rubles. A boiler was produced in the city of Kharkov. Designed for 6 kW, belongs to the economy class. if you compare the boiler with a full set, then there is no electric motor, so I did not give away another 7-8 thousand from above, and I took this model.

The dimensions are small 150X250X590 mm, it weighs 11 kg. The area can be heated no more than 60 sq.m., the boiler is equipped with a temperature sensor, a temperature adjustment knob, buttons on / off the boiler and buttons for turning on the heaters. The case is made of 0.8 mm metal. The design as a whole does not play, it is convenient and simple to mount the boiler.
Together with the boiler there was an instruction.

Finally I solved all the problems with the housing and communal services, completely replaced the heating system at home. The boiler chose an electric from the manufacturer Prothern 12K. It is impossible to supply gas, which is why it stopped on electricity. The boiler operates at 380 watts. It is equipped with a cylindrical heat exchanger, pressure sensor, valve body, safety valve, and a circulation pump.

My model has a modification of 12 K, respectively, it means 12 kW, for each heating element there is 6 kW.

There are additional functions such as: frost protection, the presence of a safety valve.

The boiler can be used not only for ordinary heating, but also for floor heating and water heating. It’s simple to connect, but I recommend entrusting this whole thing to specialists, otherwise the warranty does not apply. I advise this electric boiler.
