Fit is one of the popular power tool manufacturers. The brand was created in Canada, but the tool is produced in Korea and China. Fit drills, reviews of which you can view on this page, are intended for domestic and professional use. With their help, you can perform any standard repair work on the premises. Despite the small assortment, you can choose a suitable model with a capacity of 500 to 1250 watts. And the opinions and advice of customers will help you with this.

Hammers Fit

Fit is an average option.

Well, personally, I’m not lucky with this brand of tools, in general, it has long been believed that a good tool costs money, and for such a price you do not need to wait for anything special. Fit has both pros and cons. I bought an 820-watt FIT 80116 rotary hammer, flew exactly 3 weeks later, could not withstand the load, after that I changed it to a 1250-volt rotary hammer, it serves me faithfully for the second year, it performs all its functions: it’s gouging, drilling, hammering. So my opinion is good for home, but for professional work the brand is rather weak.

Of the pluses, I note a lightweight puncher, multi-functional and of course low-cost, but I repeat, it’s better to purchase a permanent one, which is more reliable, otherwise it can fail at the most inopportune moment. To each his own, as for me this puncher for C grade.

Feedback on the FIT DH-853C rotary hammer: a profitable option for specialized work
A comment
I bought this perf on the recommendation of a supermarket consultant. At first, I was happy with budget and good weight, now (after 5 years of use) - unpretentiousness, durability, strength. He is constructively thought out, so the hand does not get tired. External modesty, which is rare, does not affect power. It can work for a long time without rubbing-lubrication: 2.5 years used on the factory resource. Ceased to be lazy to lubricate, increased smoothness, the noise disappeared.

Surprised reliability: brushes and chisels began to wear off only after three years. Full consumables, bought and replaced with ease. The store said that the FIT DH-853C rotary hammer is fully repairable. True. In the service, for a penny, the mode switch button was replaced - the only weak point of the unit.
pros
low cost, the possibility of gating for a long time without a break, excellent strength, resistance to wear, modesty in care.
Minuses
Switching modes must be extremely careful.
Term of use
more than five years

The FIT DH-853C rotary hammer is a perfectly acceptable tool.
A comment
I heard a lot of negative reviews about FIT brand power tools. Not having enough money succumbed to the entreaties of the seller and bought a FIT DH-853C rotary hammer. The purchase cost me somewhere around 4 thousand.
I have been working with him for the third year and am satisfied.

A year later, I had to replace the brushes, he hasn’t let me down yet. Replacement of parts is inevitable for rotary hammers of any company, so I did not consider replacing brushes a big problem. In addition, the loads on the punch were constant. And hollowed the screed, and demolished the partitions - there is nothing to count.
It’s a bit heavy for working with the ceiling - 5 kg after an hour of work become quite noticeable.

What is made in China does not bother me - it was developed in Canada, production technology is being respected.
pros
Powerful, convenient for work. Inexpensive.
Minuses
Almost not, if only a lot of weight.
Term of use
more than five years
