The apartment inherited, it was without a central hot water supply. My husband and I immediately decided to purchase a new gas water heater, in order to avoid problems. Of all, I liked the flow column from the VEKTOR brand, model JSD 20-W.

The column is very convenient to use, it has an electronic device that automatically turns on the ignition, after you turn the hot water tap. Electric ignition from two batteries works, they have to be changed no more than once every six months.
This model of the column is equipped with a digital indicator, thanks to which you can control and adjust the water temperature in the right direction.

The column weighs 10 kg, its dimensions: 60X34.5X18.5 cm.
Of the shortcomings, it was only noticed that the column worked poorly with a weak pressure of water, or it released boiling water from the tap, even if the temperature was at a minimum

The store drew attention to the nice design of the Vektor Lux Eco JSD 20- gas water heater, and decided to buy it. Now I understand that it was necessary first of all to pay attention to the characteristics of the product, and not to rush to its attractiveness.

The control is normal, there are three switches, there is nothing complicated in the burner. Gas and water inlets are located below. The column works on the principle of an automatic machine; it is ignited electronically after each opening of the hot water tap.

The column is beautiful, but problematic. The first thing I didn’t like about it was the pens. It is simply impossible to remove them, you had to use a mount, and at the same time there is a chance that glass will be broken by negligence.

This column also has a terribly inconvenient collector; it has a T-shaped nozzles. It turns out that gas flows from below, and then begins to flow to the sides. And because of this, the mixing chambers are clogged with dust, which in the future cannot be completely cleaned.

At home is a Chinese gas column Vektor JSD 20-W. Ignition - electronic, turns on independently, simultaneously with the opening of the hot water tap. This model is capable of maximum power, heat 10 liters per minute, to a temperature of 25 degrees. It turns out if you need water at a temperature of 40 degrees, then the productivity will be already 5-6 liters per minute.

The control panel is simple, it has all the knobs that serve to: adjust the gas supply, switch the summer mode to winter and adjust the amount of incoming water.
Judging objectively, I came to the following conclusion - the heat exchanger is less quality than that of the same Neva, but if you operate the column at low pressure, then it will calmly serve at least 7 years. At the same time, the cost of the Chinese column is much more affordable, so draw your own conclusions.
