We bought a kitchen in Rumyantsovo.
After full payment and the arrival of the kitchen, adventures began: facades with large clicks, one facade came without a base, drawers of the wrong depth .. but the worst thing is service and communication with customers. Nothing! No, just no respect for customers. We were left with our own problems. An official dealer represented by IP instead of resolving issues. In an arrogant voice, he claims that everything is fine with them, we all signed it ourselves .. ask to write a letter to her mail ??) what letter ?? The subitems to which we have been refused verbally to replace .. No complaint form, no clear system and structure. Pass the people around, it’s better Ikea or Maria just won’t send you there and will force you to write letters in personal boxes in an arrogant tone !!! The assembler himself said that we are 4 who refuse to pay for the assembly because of the jambs of the forges ..

Hello! I went into the RIMI salon in Yaroslavka and saw the kitchen of my dreams - the kitchen is exactly the same as I had wanted for 2 years - in a new modern design (model Eva). And in size and in appearance (I really wanted a warm shade of wood, so that everything was soft and joyful))). True, I had to wait for the manager for about 15 minutes. I already wanted to leave, but the manager was finally unloaded. I ordered myself a kitchen and a dishwasher. For the price: kitchen 10 m for 250 thousand. Worthy!

They had been waiting for the kitchen for a month, they promised to bring them on May 3, and as a result on May 29, but this is certainly not the worst and most offensive, since in Russia we can wait and hope for the best.

The most offensive began at the opening of the packages, CENTRAL FACADE WITH A BEAUTIFUL FIGURE WITH A CHIP !!! lying packed by all rules in a box .... (photos are attached) Well, where was your vaunted Quality Department, which supposedly did not let out the kitchen for a month due to poor coloring.

It really wasn’t possible to look carefully and don’t immediately put the facade with a chip in the packaging, and the packer didn’t notice it, they just put it all in and it’s okay, offensively, the kitchen costs half a lemon, and I would rather wait for such an attitude

And now, of course, there’s no one in the mood, even to celebrate the housewarming, spoiled

If someone from the company reads this, thanks for the quality work! ”My kitchen has changed, it was nice to cook on it)) I really wanted something exclusive, expensive. Therefore, I chose European design with beautiful inlay. I chose a natural walnut veneer. The texture is simply awesome, it is clear that a real tree! I didn’t want to paint, just covered with a multi-layer water-repellent varnish. Together I ordered a kitchen hood, hob and built-in oven. The assembly was somewhat delayed, but the result was impressive. I am very grateful for the work of the whole company!

The advantages of our kitchen.
The sink is deep enough - large pots fit easily, water does not splash onto the floor, Durable - no scratches remain after work and washing.
The countertop is heat-resistant, you can put hot pans and pans, it is not sensitive to shock - it chopped nuts and no consequences. It is also difficult to scratch it and is not afraid of water. Special coating to prevent swelling from water.
The facade looks rich. It is easy to clean.
Design and construction - stylish, compact, everything at hand, drawers, almost all available without stools. Household appliances are very well selected both in functionality and design.

Minuses
Delivery was not without adventure, the movers almost slammed one tile in the kitchen and hit the electrical outlet. I don’t remember more special minuses.

Conclusions: The company is good. A little expensive, of course, but quality and without hemorrhoids. Workers work responsibly, the designer delves into all issues and tries to offer what you need, and not just for the benefit of the company. By the way, special thanks to Tatyana Skorokhodova, designer Rimi.

I want to share an opinion on the order. I ordered a countertop, cabinets are small, a countertop for a hob and a cabinet for a dishwasher. I ordered from the rosewood. Furniture cost me 180 thousand (as it was inexpensive for me, I turned to other manufacturers - the price was broken for 200 thousand). We did well, on time, that indicated the manufacture was invested. We informed about the delivery in advance, we arrived on time too. The next day, I noticed that there was a small chip on the door in the closet. I called and told me that within a week this door was replaced for free.

We moved to Moscow - rented an apartment, and the furniture there was very old. By agreement with the landlord, they decided to at least replace the kitchen - Rimi's salon was nearby, we went there.And, this is the first time this, I liked everything at once - both the design and the prices. Inexpensive, high-quality - in general, everything was fine. True, we were let down a little with the deadlines - the factory moved, so instead of two months, they delivered it for 2.5. But they called us in advance, apologized for the postponement and gave a big discount on the built-in appliances yet. So, we’re happy, the kitchen is standing - we’ve been using it for half a year, during this time there were no problems

I didn’t really remember anything about going to Rimi’s salon behind the kitchen - everything went smoothly, there weren’t any pluses or minuses - well, what super-advantages can be at a kitchen store - the main thing is that the competitors are competent, the prices are adequate and fair. Here it’s all there: deadlines are respected, everything is done by agreement, a business approach, so everything is fine

For a long time I have not seen such a good and, perhaps, the right attitude towards customers. Especially for some reason this never happened in furniture stores - everywhere they try to cheat a little, or something else, to deceive, to break through somehow. And then I went into the salon, a sweet young man met, told everything in detail, showed, it is immediately clear that he understands the matter. I’m still going to go home, think about buying a couple of days, but he persuaded me to do it right now, he also wrote out a 25 percent discount, so this offset that the price seemed a bit overpriced. Even after the purchase, when they delivered me, they called and asked if everything was fine with the kitchen, if I was happy with everything. Work well in general.

They looked specifically for where it could be made to order. We did not like the standard options anywhere - everything was somehow quite usual, like everyone else. And you know, it turned out that this is a huge problem, even in Moscow, although the capital seems to be all that. Everywhere they either propose to do something on the basis of existing models with minor changes, or even send such requests to a distance, saying "take what is." It’s good that they found Rimi’s company, they immediately gave us the phone of a full-time designer without any questions.

Designer Lena turned out to be very good, she explained everything, they talked with her for a long time, probably half an hour, probably. As a result, we agreed on a personal meeting in our apartment so that she could measure everything. The cute girl arrived, she tried on everything herself, even refused to help, then she painted right on a piece of paper with us, as she sees our kitchen, we can see right away - a creative person) A couple of days later they sent a computer layout with our edits, everything worked out for us. And what’s most interesting - the terms of production of kitchens for individual orders are the same as for standard mock-ups - they brought us about a month and a half later. So, we are pleased that they came in Rimi, in fact. Pleasure, of course, is not cheap, but it's really worth it
