ordered kitchen from an array from Geos Ideal in an office on Leninsky Sloboda in Rumer (Vodnik LLC, Yu. I. Maltsev). But due to a manager error, they encountered certain difficulties during installation. When contacting the salon and, directly, to GeosIdeal, they were faced with the fact that they could not even get basic help and advice, and when writing a statement indicating the problems that had arisen (they did not provide a guarantee for furniture (there is no guarantee at all!), I had to follow the assembly instructions to run, the manager’s mistake in calculating furniture + appliances and the lack of 1 part) received the usual reply - “it's your own fault”.

I heard this phrase more than once in the salon, the manager was very impolite, although I came with a request to “help-tell” how best to do it without any hitting and reproaching, but in the end I left it in tears.

When asked to issue a complaint book, they simply politely sent me with the phrase "we don’t have it, because it has never been required before." When contacting the GeosIdeal itself, they sent me back to the salon, deal with them, we have nothing to do with it ...

ps The measurements were provided by the right ones, the manager’s mistake was in the technical specifications of the equipment, they said that they would bring it with the kitchen, but it wasn’t there (the delivery service does not bear responsibility for this), but with 1 part that didn’t turn out to be fun at all - "you should have checked all the boxes and counted." Checked out! but nobody provided us with a list of the completeness of these boxes !!!

I’ve been using it for three months

I opted for the Belarusian factory Geos Ideal in favor of the Leda headset. We were looking for a kitchen option for a country house, and it was perfect in style. The coloring is pleasant, a light milky shade with small golden splashes.Facades with a cavity made of solid ash, as in other frames and panels. The fittings are installed Austrian, called Blum. the boxes are all equipped with closers, shock absorbers are installed on the hinges. By the way, the workers were pleased, they offered several design projects at once, while they were all different from each other, but it was up to me to choose. Delivery on time, with the installation of problems was not caused. True, 2 shelves for the closet were missing, but then they were brought in about 7-10 days later. The set pleases, no cracks appeared and from the water it does not swell and does not crack. I recommend, a great factory, good furniture.

We bought an apartment and started to buy furniture little by little, immediately decided that we wouldn’t save on repairs, but for ourselves we’re doing it for more than one year. They wanted to make the kitchen in the classical style and from a natural massif, they went around several salons, the most optimal cost was in Geos Ideal, so we decided to take them from them. Norma chose the model, as a result, we gave almost 200,000 to the kitchen. Blum liked the accessories, equipped with closers (but this is not uncommon in our time). The facades were made in Belarus, but I can say: from this they did not become worse and are in no way inferior to the Italian ones. Friendly consultants, helped to choose, advised how best to arrange a particular box. Everything turned out wonderful, all the cabinets are convenient and functional, using such a kitchen is a joy, it is pleasant to cook on it, and it is a pleasure to take care of it.

Limba, this particular model of kitchen is currently installed in my apartment, manufacturer Geos Ideal. My headset is 2.8X1.7 in size, I immediately refused the hood because I have never used this equipment before and I don’t see much need for it.

The furniture was ready after 45 days, the employees of the company did the assembly, we had to pay about 15,000 for it (the amount includes delivery). The kitchen is delivered already in assembled frames, the employees had only to fasten the handles and hang them on the wall.

The kitchen in the end turned out to be roomy, it still remains not fully filled. The boxes are conveniently located, all the dishes were laid out most conveniently for use. the dishwasher is located near the sink, which is a huge plus, you don’t need to go anywhere on purpose, you can safely shift the dirty dishes from the sink.
