I ordered a kitchen in the Forema salon, along with a sink, extractor fan and faucet. As expected, he paid 50% of the prepayment, the manufacturing and assembly time was 1.5 months, 10 days before the appointed date, he paid the rest for the headset.

As a result, the kitchen was brought to me late a month, when they started to collect it, it turned out that it was understaffed (the mixer with a sink was not delivered). The worker assembled everything, the only thing was that he didn’t cut a place for a sink in the countertops (due to its absence) and did not install a hood.

As a result, a month passed and no one brought the car wash to me, called the salon, they said, contact the factory. I’m calling the manufacturer, each time they give me a new phone, it’s impossible to get through to them. Boorish and disregard for customers. So I bought you a kitchen with which I have to suffer, I wrote a complaint, the result of which is still not there.

Failure to meet deadlines. The contract is not signed with the manufacturer and not with the salon.

In October 2011, she turned to the Forema salon to develop a kitchen design in a studio apartment, a plot of 12 sq.m. was allocated in the kitchen area.
I was immediately sent to the designer to develop the kitchen area, she quickly outlined to me the ideal version of the headset, based on my preferences, which included:

- bar counter;
- narrow lockers upstairs;
- the facade is brown and wenge and resembles the structure of a tree;
- the countertop is made of artificial stone;
- panel on the wall made of plastic;
- all parts are nickel-plated;
- as well as a convenient location for me equipment, on the right side.

For everything, I was billed almost 300,000 rubles, the tabletop turned out to be the most expensive position, only I had to pay about 100,000 rubles for it.
There were no delays in the deadlines, the collector also arrived on time, and it was precisely in the quality of his work that I was not satisfied. The work was not carried out accurately, and the proposal to redo this or that work was refused.

We bought an apartment and decided that in the first place it was worth making a bathroom and a kitchen. As for the latter, the choice fell entirely on my shoulders. I considered several manufacturers, but it all came down to money, the result was a choice in favor of the Forema company.

Separately, experts offered to buy their home appliances, the cost of which is much higher than in electrical stores, but as it turned out, if I take it on the side, I will have to pay a small amount for the installation separately, so it turned out to be cheaper to take the equipment from Forem.

For the entire set I was counted 137,000, plus this price also includes household appliances (oven and hob), the meter is free.

For the transaction, Forema presented a set of pots and a frying pan, like a trifle, but nice. The deadlines were met, delivery on time.

Production on time, lifetime warranty, gifts upon purchase.

A lot of overpayments for delivery, assembly, etc. Not a perfect build.
