In fact, different companies watched, but opted for SK and IKEA.

IKEA has a 25-year warranty, which is attractive and the price is reasonable, but of course there is no individuality and there are few colors.

SK has an individual design and a large selection of colors at a price that can be slightly more expensive than that of IKEA.

Since the SCs were near the house, they decided to call in and see what the SKs offer and what their prices are.

Preferences were given by SK.

Our designer was Alexander Favorsky in the NEO shopping center, he showed us the presented models in the store, asked us a number of questions about the design and our budget. Then he told us what kind of shares the company currently has shares and offered to turn our imagination into reality. Alexander took into account all our wishes, proposed options taking into account our requests and opportunities. I was satisfied with everything from the service in the store to the specialists in the assembly of furniture.

Now I compare my kitchen with the IKEA kitchen, I understand that our choice is made correctly.

05/26, after a month of using the kitchen, the hose supplying cold water tore off. Flooded the whole room. Expectation of the "expert" - 4 days. Well ok, it happens.

06/11/19 - 16:30 during the use of the gas stove there was a leak and ignition of gas through the control knobs of the hob. An explosion followed. The dishes from the underlying boxes are broken, the face is scorched. The call to the service is 16:55. Anton, service operator: “we don’t do maintenance of equipment, no matter what the designer who executed the contract promised to you. Call the manufacturer. Well, or send us the product number, we will contact you, but it will take a lot of time." At the request to contact the authorities - no one is in place, the working day is over.

Once again - problems with gas equipment related to a defect in the purchased goods. The buyer of the kitchen, whose service life is less than three months, which was guaranteed full service of the purchased goods, must solve the problem himself. Dmitry, customer service: "send a photo, we’ll submit a complaint to the manufacturer, 45 days to fix the problem. It does not matter what designer Olga told you."

As a result: the service is disgusting. Dangerous situation not resolved. The inability to use the kitchen is not a company problem. Dates are not defined. Want faster - decide for yourself with the manufacturer. It is possible through us, but according to the law up to 45 days. Nobody bears responsibility for the information issued to the buyer. And when the order has already been made and paid, the kitchen has been delivered and installed and there are complaints, the salon sends it to the after-sales service, and the after-sales service sends it to the salon. As a result: "the management decided to refuse."

But first things first. The kitchen was ordered in the salon on Volgogradsky Prospekt. Order No. 0103/0419 / 05K. Consultant Loseva Oksana. They chose a kitchen, a countertop to it, refused the curb (to the countertop), because all these borders in the cabin were of low quality (plastic baseboard with a roll of cheap plastic insert). We decided to buy one-piece heavy and high-quality elsewhere for 704 rubles. By the way, in "Stylish Kitchens" an attraction of unprecedented generosity is now taking place. Wretched border to the countertop for 4800 rubles. (124 rubles in Leroy Merlin) are sold at a 50% discount for 2400 rubles.

But! If you do not buy a border, then you lose the guarantee on the countertop. Although why the warranty is lost? Establishes the countertop and better curb their own service. If you do not buy a mixer from them, then the sink is not installed and all accessories for it need to be bought separately. Although in stores, Blanco sinks come complete with accessories. I didn’t understand what is the connection between the mixer and the accessories for the sink. Since you do not let the company make money on the mixer, they take accessories out of the sink. And how else can you spoil the client?

The kitchen was brought on June 6, and with it the documents for the list of delivered items, including the curb that we did not order.

Immediately called the company. They said that the installers will pick up the curb.

June 7 and 8 installation. The installer said: "I never take anything, call the delivery service." Since our faucet (we did not order it in "stylish kitchens"), its installation costs 3800 rubles. The installer gave a list of what you need to buy - accessories for the sink and mix. I called the office. From the office they called the installer. It turns out that installing the mixer costs not 3800, but 2500 rubles. and all the components from the installer were in the car.

On June 9, I called the company again. The office switches to the service department, and the service department switches to the salon. They promised to call back on June 10. By the way, the service department answered the question why the washing is without accessories, they answered as follows: "We have it like that."

The next day no one called back. On the evening of June 10, I called the salon again. They promised to pass it on to management and sort it out. They said that they would ask our consultant Oksana whether she included a border in the order or not. Well, does someone really admit and say: "Yes, this is my mistake, I included the border in the order by mistake, write off the cost from me, deprive me of the bonus and generally fire me for the bad work."

Total. On June 11, they phoned from the company and said: "Management decided to refuse, because the border has already been cut to your individual size."

That's how the company solves its mistakes at the expense of the client. I have the cost of ordering a kitchen in the amount of 325,107 rubles, including a sink, washing machine and hob (I did not order an oven and dishwasher) and the company refused to return the money for the curb, the real price of which is RETAIL 124 rubles. Otherwise, the company would probably incur losses.

"Stylish kitchens" I do not recommend to anyone. There is no point in overpaying.For a high price does not cost anything. Professionalism, mentality and attitude towards the client are the same as in cheap companies. Deception and tricks in everything.

I clarified right there, maybe it’s worth making a joint in another place, and making this long part shorter, and lengthen the other and then everything will fit in the elevator, which I was told no, will not cut it up so! Well, I arrived again the other day on the square, the road to it takes 1.5 hours. They bring a countertop and say: we won’t lift it like that, we’ll be fired, we don’t have the right to do safety!

We call the service, and he is at the exit, another girl answered and said we take the countertop again and saw it, what’s the matter, you couldn’t do it right away ???? Then I demanded that we do everything all in one day, and bring in the countertops and assemble the kitchen (only the countertop and var. Surface remained).

Then it’s even funnier, we wait again, they call and they say everything is ready, but they don’t do everything for us in a day, well, we agreed to deliver the countertops from 17-20: 00 and assemble the next day at 9:00. We are going there by 5 p.m. to wait for our priceless countertop, they call us and say: we just left Moscow, we don’t know when we will be with you, mb at 22-23: 00, fine, we have to sit there and wait when they deign to come.

The main thing was ordered a stone countertop, which, moreover, was made to us at a non-standard depth to fit a gas hose. Most importantly, they brought and collected everything the first time.
