We ordered in Moscow (Accord company) a kitchen with snow-white facades painted with acrylic; less than 5 years have passed since the facades turned yellow.
And this despite the fact that sunlight did not fall on them. The seller advised contacting the Zov factory in Belarus. I wrote a letter with photographs and a contract. But there was no response to my letter. The seller also told me that the facades are not repainted and the only way is to order new ones!
In my opinion it is very wasteful to change the kitchen once every five years

There are no complaints about the quality of furniture, paint, materials in general. However, the organization of the process and work with clients at the company level is one-day in the dashing 90s. We formed an impressive order for its fullness and cost (we are talking about Moscow). When our headset arrived, we were horrified to find discrepancies in size and opening mechanisms with what was in the plan and contract. In other words, instead of a curbstone with a width of 26 cm, a curbstone with a width of 36 came and the opening mechanism was oar, although we ordered a mechanism that raises the door up.

As a result, the cabinet did not fit in its place, and the delivery service and assemblers sent to sort out the office. At the office we were told that they say in Belarus they decided that it wouldn’t work out according to your size and made changes without coordination with the customer. When we decided to abandon the useless cabinet and return the money, the sweetest thing began. The company’s lawyer fell ill sharply, went on vacation and didn’t pick up the phone, the same thing happened with the director of the salon, and when we threatened with the court, we nevertheless agreed to return the money that we promised to transfer after they took their curbstone.

We gladly gave the curbstone to their courier, but in return nothing. A month of calls and waiting, and after daily visits to their central office in Moscow, we still got a refund. I advise everyone to immediately go to court and not get involved with this company.

Having purchased the Ales headset from the Call Factory, a year and a half ago, at first I was just ecstatic. But after a while, minor trifles began to come out, which you don’t seem to pay attention to, but when there are a lot of them, it can create some discomfort. Chips appeared on the plastic of the facades.In fairness, it must be said that a small and active child is in the house. But all the same, the plastic on the facade is too thin if the efforts of a two-year-old girl are enough to damage the facade. The upper drawers of the cabinets are made with high quality, and the lower ones, which are less used, are rather flimsy. Drying for dishes is made with the Bloom mechanism, which also loosened after a year and a half and is not fixed. The only complaint there is is the countertop, but even here the master did not make a plastic plug at the junction of the two parts, just near the sink.

After moving to a new apartment, they began to choose furniture. The call company was contacted, because according to calculations, their kitchen was quite suitable for us on a budget. I wanted to take a quality factory product. Immediately worth noting the complete unsuitability of the manager. Modules on the monitor simply rearranged, posing as a design. I could not really say anything about the color combinations, nor about the functionality and purpose of the various pieces of furniture. As a result, I had to order a design solution in another company. Also, accessories had to be purchased separately - handles to the facades. During the assembly process, it turned out that several corners were missing, which were delivered only a month and a half after several calls to the company. A year later, the stove in the cabinet with dryer began to swell and this despite the fact that we use a dishwasher.

With a factory producing kitchens, for a long time I could not decide. As a result, I decided to trust the company Call, they make beautiful kitchens. The main thing when choosing a company is not to run into a fake, I have seen enough of them while I was looking. For example, the Call factory, puts its company logo on PVC edges from the invisible part of the shelves.

I myself chose postforming (in other words, plastic), I have been using the kitchen for more than 3 years, there are no problems. True, if you are thinking of taking a matte or glossy panel, it is better to stop at the first option. I have already suffered with a gloss, leaves prints on myself, requires much more care for myself. I am pleased with the kitchen, it is of high quality, stylish, modern and very functional.

I wanted a classic style kitchen, so I turned to the Call company. The manager met me well and competently suggested many points in the location of the kitchen, which I did not even suspect. The sketch was made together, I chose a countertop with a bulk, I advise everyone, it turns out that there are no joints, and moisture does not get there accordingly.

The price of the kitchen came out not small, but the headsets must be taken into account; I ordered a large one. The headsets were delivered late in 2 weeks, while I myself had to call them and find out how things were, no one was going to warn me. The collector was alone and in a day he easily assembled my kitchen.

Of the shortcomings, I can also note the incorrect location of the backlight. A lamp weighs near one cabinet so that when you open the doors, it starts to shine straight into the rib. Once he left the cabinet with the door open for several hours, as a result of which the door was charred.

We chose a kitchen set for a long and dreary, as a result, we decided to stay at the Belarusian factory "Call". Employees of the company do not particularly advise, answer once, a huge minus for this. I had to choose everything on my own.
They installed a built-in refrigerator, it looks gorgeous, there is a small cupboard above it (it’s not convenient to use it, so rarely used objects were hidden there). We took the equipment separately, we decided that we could save this way. In principle, the cabinets turned out to be functional, but the only use is not very convenient, the location is not thought out.

The quality is not completely pleasing, now the door in the drying cabinet has begun to jam, although only a year has passed. The service is poor, in the cabin advises anyhow, the collectors are creepy swindlers and late delivery, while the cost of the kitchen is expensive. Our cost 200,000.
