This is where it started. 3 times Natalia called me with the words "Sorry, I just found my cant in the drawings, we can fix it like that." Okay, well, it happens, it’s good that I recognized the mistakes and we corrected everything, I thought naively.

Then the young lady calls me and in a languid voice informs that everything is ready, will arrive on Thursday, and will be installed on Friday and Saturday. All cases are canceled, but ... no one came. The manager did not pick up the phone until Sunday. To the expressed dissatisfaction, she replied that she did not know anything, but she would figure it out. Perfectly. A week later, finally brought. And ... it began.

The section for the hood was made incorrectly, it cannot be installed. The measurements were made incorrectly, I had to cut out part of the shelf (it is good that the assemblers did this on the spot and very carefully). Then we began to put the washer in its place (a special opening was left under it, Natalia measured its dimensions using the instructions for our washer, where the dimensions are written).

As a result, she does not fit. We call Natalia, in response - so all the built-in appliances without a cover are inserted, remove the cover and everything is fine. They took off. there is an opening of 3 cm. It looks awful. They promised us to put some kind of “board” there in order to close the opening. I don’t know yet how the matter will end, because from them it is neither a rumor nor a spirit. For the middle of May, the kitchen has not been completed, there is no hood (

On the quality of the kitchen, in general, there are no complaints so far, but so far little time has passed. The section for the washed dishes was upset, the dryer was not at all the same as at the exhibition, and we were not told that it would be different. And she is not beautiful.

The backs are still surprising, it’s just quite cardboard, any drop of water leaves swollen traces. For the section where the water will certainly fall - this is strange (

I ordered a kitchen set under the agreement 225-331 from the manufacturer Loren in Ufa, a salon in the Parus shopping center, Elegant collection 29.01.18. In connection with the repair, the kitchen was installed on 29.05.18 g. In early August, i.e.2 months after the start of use, I found on one of the doors a swelling and peeling of the film. I called a company representative who came on August 21 and examined the flaw. They gave me the answer almost 1.5 months later (they only work expeditiously at the stage of concluding an agreement with them), after my many calls, the essence of which boils down to one - you didn’t use the furniture correctly and you are to blame.

At the conclusion of the contract, you are given a Talmud, which you must sign - and it says that the kitchen should not have contact with water, and if this happened, immediately wipe it with a dry rag. The swelling of the door took place where there was a drying dish. I put the dishes in the dryer after the water drains and it dries on the wing for washing dishes, this door is also constantly open, because it is located against the wall and it is more convenient for me.

When a company representative came for an inspection, he immediately said that there was apparently not enough glue on this site, so there was a swelling, but the company's lawyers think differently. Negative reviews on your site do not expose. Now I am collecting documents in court.

Two weeks passed, no one called us back. Well, I think it makes no sense to call, we must go to them. I come, say hello, quite politely trying to explain the situation (as it later became clear to the head of the sales department Ulyana). After some time, she begins to search for the primary sketch, but finds nothing, she sets a million
new questions, such as what, where, when, immediately begins to sell me everything
in a new way. (Because I didn’t find anything, although exactly a month has passed since the first visit)

Everything would be fine with whom it doesn’t happen, but most of all it struck me that when

I bought a kitchen in LOREN, the contract of February this year, + hood
There are no problems in the kitchen, everything suits. But with a cooker hood problem.

1) during the initial installation it turned out that the glass was larger than necessary, after which there was a three-week waiting for the delivery of new glass.
2) after the new glass was installed, I signed the acceptance certificate, and already in the evening I returned from work and found that there were deep parallel scratches on the inner hood of the hood (they are visible only under electric lighting, so I did not see them when receiving).
3) after writing the claim, a representative of the LORENA service came to me and examined the hood and said: “yes, obviously there are burrs on the box, and this should be a warranty case.” With him we signed the act of troubleshooting, and accordingly I began to wait for an answer.
4) 05/19/2017 I received an answer stating that my claim was refused, on the basis of the act of initial acceptance.

With the following text:

"Dear Oleg Alexandrovich!
Thank you for choosing Lorena furniture. At your request, we can explain the following:
In accordance with the concluded contract No.CO09-2362, a JET AIR LEILA air purifier was handed to you. When installing the product, it turned out that the size of the glass of the air purifier does not match the order.
This discrepancy was eliminated by the seller within the time stipulated by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

According to the concluded agreement, upon completion of the installation, the goods are inspected by the parties to determine the presence of defects and damages, after which an act to eliminate the defects is signed.
04/27/2017 according to the act on the elimination of defects in complaint No. 8962, the seller eliminated the defects, and the buyer accepted work to eliminate them. At the beginning of August 2016, after a long walk around furniture salons, I, to my misfortune, stopped in the kitchen from Loren's company. We made measurements, a sketch ... Everything went well, in the cabin everyone was very friendly, polite ....., but exactly until the moment I made the full amount of money. As soon as they brought in and installed the kitchen, I found a lot of marriage (the film from the facades was peeling off, the top drawer was with a huge crack, it felt like it was about to fall apart) I informed the salon staff about this. There I was told that an appraiser would come to me tomorrow and fix everything.

In fact, I had to wait for his week and only after my repeated calls did he finally arrive. And he suggested (absurdity!) To glue the facades with almost “moment” glue (kitchen for 200 tr !!!!!), in general, I still insisted on making new facades and a drawer, I waited 45 days. During this time, none of the representatives of Loren’s company ever called me! In short, at 45 days they did not meet, brought back later. This time without marriage. During the installation of the box, an emergency occurred (oh horror !!!!) - the cover of one of the shelves broke off! To this I was told in the cabin that I had to wait another 45 days! To my question "if something else happens in 45 days, I still have to wait 45 days .... and so on ad infinitum ???" They answered me "you will wait as many times as you like, because this is all spelled out in the contract. Moreover, it was said in an absolutely" boorish "tone.

I turned to the Consumer Rights Protection Department, wrote a complaint, but alas, unfortunately, after 15 days, there is no answer. Apparently the employees of Loren’s company have not written the law. Today is December 15th, I can say, I still have not received the kitchen in proper form! It is unfortunate that such a large company is treating its customers like that! Kitchens are still not worth 20 thousand! So far, I have not even received any apology for the inconvenience! I bought a kitchen in the Open mainland of Nizhny Novgorod! I really regretted that I turned to this salon!
