I ordered the kitchen in the cabin in Shchelkovo. contract 170814-105KZ.
A month before, I tried to get an intelligible answer with a quotation from the manager Valery, who is listed there as the BEST seller — in vain! spat. I went to order, but it wasn’t there! in the contract and specification a bunch of errors, fixed two and a half hours !!! the manager is just CREEP!
Paid on August 14th.
Then it started, and suddenly they decided (two weeks after the conclusion of the contract) that they could not make the kitchen according to the project. decided to make an agreement.
The term of the contract ends, the kitchen is not ready! AND IN THE ULTIMATIVE FORM - sign an additional agreement to extend the timeline or we will not do anything. Signed. According to this Supplemental Agreement, delivery should be on November 10 — they call on the day BEFORE and transfer to November 24 !!!
All conceivable delivery times and my patience ended long ago.
My only question is EVERYTHING? the salon manager Mikhail, like a jammed record, says “I DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION.”
With all this, raising your voice and not listening to questions. This is how the interest in the customer disappears after 100% payment!
If the kitchen is not delivered on November 24, I will sue you.
