I saw a review that somewhere I had been caught by scammers with these kitchens, and I was extremely surprised, most likely, it was just unclean dealers who were hiding behind a well-known brand.

Because we collaborated with the Trio and we know this factory very well. On their official website, all representatives are listed for different cities, everything is clear, harmonious, they always go to meet customers, and are very responsive for any dissatisfaction. Because the factory is closely monitoring the work of all regional representatives.

As for the kitchens themselves, there’s nothing to say: excellent quality, our kitchen even withstood the tests in the garage (it so happened that we urgently changed the apartment and the kitchen was waiting in the garage in winter!). The installer then simply went nuts that the kitchen wintered in the garage and this did not affect her in any way! And all because the quality of materials is the best in Russia, this is not Lorena with a film on the facades!

Now we only take Trio’s kitchens and always recommend it to friends, it’s a pity that the brand is not as popular as Maria, who write their ads on every corner. In my opinion, the Trio is better, but for some reason not so well known.

I wanted to order a kitchen in the company "Kitchens Trio", Obninsk, Marx str. 79. In November 2017, I made an advance payment of 50,000 rubles. to fix a 20% discount. Two months with the manager Oleg Seleznev agreed on the parameters of the kitchen. On January 30, 2018, he, together with the store director Tatyana Anikina, told me that the discount is valid until the end of January (i.e., another day), and that there is no technical possibility to make such cabinets, which we discussed for two months.

They answered my demand to return the money in the spirit of "Do not argue and take what they give !!!" Although the kitchen was not even put into production and they did not incur any expenses. I consulted with a lawyer, and it turned out the following: “Kitchens Trio” on Marx 79, “Kitchens on Belkinskaya” (Obninsk, 4 Belkinskaya St.), “House of Kitchens” in the Old Town, “Ballerina” - these are all one and the same the same people. The owner is Zolikov B.N. The trials in which they participate are a heap.

The Obninsk Consumer Rights Protection Council reported that there are a huge number of complaints against these firms. So I'm getting ready for trial. I hope my review will help at least someone save their money.

Well, the Trio is also a Russian manufacturer. I ordered the kitchen a year ago - they called me back in 10 days, they said that if it was convenient for me, they would bring me right away (the contract lasted up to a month) - I naturally agreed Model Mary Mary MDF - very happy, the quality is good. The collector, too, "with his hands" was caught - from friends (they also took the Trio, but in a different salon) - the collector had to be rushed.And ours - in one day managed to collect the corner - 3 x 1.5 meters. Helped buy really cheaper. All competitors in Obninsk of similar quality prices are much higher (somewhere even at times). I took it not for myself but for renting the apartment, they brought it in - it turned out so cool, now it’s a pity to let clients in)))).

We started working with Natalya (contract 254/06/79 of June 18, 2016), we are very grateful to her for her professionalism, for good advice, patience and polite communication. All our requests were taken into account and even our changes in design were made better than we expected.

Despite the fact that we live very far from the city of Obninsk, everything came without a single scratch (even glass). All parts were packed very well and complete to the last screw. The furniture collector (we hired from the outside) on the assembly did not have any complaints. The quality is excellent, the price is moderate.
Now, November 2017 has already passed more than a year, I want to note that the family is large and there is not always enough time for careful care, so far the kitchen is new and there have been no complaints. Very pleased with the quality, we advise everyone.

But the reason most often is not that his products are so bad, but because he has more buyers. As a rule, satisfied and happy citizens quietly rejoice at a successful acquisition - such as I, and it’s just angry personalities who are sent to writers (checked on themselves and friends of acquaintances).

As for the kitchens, I just didn’t mention the Kitchen Salon on MARX 79, I raised any complaints, from the purchase to the full installation of my favorite kitchen at home - everything was on time, accurately, accurately in size and, most importantly, qualitatively.
