We decided to order and immediately to the whole apartment. As a result, they purchased 5 doors of Mario Rioli Minimo (500 - 2 pcs, 501 - 2 pcs and 701 models) with hidden hinges and a cut-in lock through the online store of Zaperto Ru LLC (salon in Kotelniki). Waited for the manufacture and delivery of doors for a little more than a month.The quality of the doors is poor.
When installing doors, the laminate peels off, especially on the cuts (when installing platbands). Platbands with traces of gluing (glue glistens with smudges). And the most unpleasant surprise occurred when installing the most expensive Minimo 701 door with glass - instead of the “left” door leaf we ordered, the “right” door turned out to be in a box packed and marked at the factory. That's where the fun began on the design of the replacement of the canvas. The online store literally "scoffed" at us, trying to get evidence that there really was a confusion when packing and marking the door at the factory and our fault is not here. We sent more than 15 photos, proving that the door is really “right.”
As a result, the quality director of Mario Rioli LLC, a certain A.M.Soshkin, based on the photographs we provided, issued a "technical conclusion" that "... the product was not installed correctly and is in operation. As a result, the door leaf lost its presentation and did not can be returned to the manufacturer due to re-investment. Thus, the quality service of LLC Mario Rioli rejects the claim for door leaf GP-MIN701-0024 in the amount of 1 pc. " (they sent a sheet of paper with a conclusion to us, without even bothering to put a signature).
Those. we are guilty of trying to prove (taking photographs of the door from every angle) that the door set by the factory is "right" - they hung it on the hinges by screwing in 4 screws, from which the door lost its presentation and now it is not possible to replace it with one paid by us "left" door, and this is almost 16,000 rubles. The complaints department also accused us of damaging the door leaf and also refused to admit the factory’s guilt in the supply of non-marking goods. Now we collect documents for filing a claim through the Consumer Rights Protection Society.
