If you want to install interior doors, do not consider this company. We were their dealers until the last case, which created a huge negative and I warn you not to encounter a number of problems.
We were approached by a client who was interested in the Stockholm model, white enamel, we accepted an order for 9 doors at the beginning of November, this is one of our regular customers, since we only work with QUALITY MANUFACTURERS, which cannot be said about this company! So at the beginning of November we conclude a contract with a client, we are voiced by the factory manufacturing 1 month + transportation total January 16 we will bring you, OK! We wait!
In January, I am calling in a few days to clarify whether everything is valid, SAMA! What they say there we did not have time, 1 canvas is not ready to bring January 25! We paid the invoice back in November, and upon shipment we are issued a new invoice with surcharge arguing that the VAT was raised! Sorry. but what we ordered back in November at the old prices, you only do transportation in the new year, why should we pay extra ?! Despite the fact that the manufacturing month!
Then, before the new year, they would have brought it! But with this issue, with a bunch of calls and letters, we resolved in our favor. Only here the manager should have told me about this, calling himself - realizing that they did not fit the deadlines! But even here we warned the client and apologized for not meeting the deadlines, and began to wait.
And voila! The order is brought in, we place it, and after a month the customer’s enamel is cracked on the canvas, we write a complaint and send it along with the photo of the canvas, but indicating that the way you manufacture door leaves with deviations of 5 mm from standard sizes, then to provide the necessary number of boxes, platbands, extras - which will need to be replaced in case the canvas does not fit.
After waiting another 2 months, on July 3, one canvas is brought to us (imagine the client, on November 2, 2018, you ordered the doors and the whole story lasts 8 months, until July 3.) production, reorder. But this is not the end, we measure the canvas, and it is 79.5 mm, that is, when replacing the door leaf there will be a gap (not beautiful), especially with white enamel.
I call the factory and say, we wrote to you that you are practicing the manufacture of doors with 5 mm deviations and that in case of deviations we provide moldings, did you take this into account when manufacturing? when checking the quality control department, if it is !!!! Did you notice? NOT! Because the careless attitude to the work!
When talking with the manager of this plant, who did not control the solution to the problem, the factory manager, instead of finding the perpetrators who did not control the size of the doors, asks stupid questions, such as maybe your roulette is not right, or maybe you are taking the wrong door , instead of figuring out which link the task of making the exact size of the door that was already installed was lost.
We attached a photo of the door with deviations about which we wrote above, a photo of the last sheet of the contract with the seal also attached, and a photo of the claim that we wrote to the factory also attached. This is a real situation!
