Disappointed. I managed to actively use it for a couple of months and the heated towel rail broke.

My water towel warmer works from central heating and I needed an electric one only for the summer period, there were no combined heated ones, so I bought two Olympus towel warmers, one water M-shaped, the second electric U-shaped, they combined successfully.

If you turn on a towel to dry at night, in the morning it warms up to a very high temperature, I don’t know how many degrees, but if at the same time water dripped on it, then it evaporated with a hiss.

After some time, the smell of overheated plastic appeared, the power button stopped working, and after replacing the button from the heated towel rail, smoke started and after analysis it became clear that the heating cable was overheated and the insulation fell off.

We bought a design radiator for the Waterfall model, and my daughter really liked this option. Really unusual and beautiful, an excellent replacement for a standard coil, fortunately there is enough space for it.

I express my gratitude! I was pleased with the quick checkout and delivery of the order, brought straight home. I have been using it for three months, there are no operational issues. Comfort and warmth are especially needed during the off-season, when the central heating does not work. I do not regret that I refused to buy an expensive brand. Our products are no worse!

We often have interruptions with hot water, because the house is relatively new, and after that it happens that for several days the coil is cold. And since the bathroom is combined and rather big, an unpleasant smell of dampness began to appear, and it’s cool. Friends advised her husband to get an electric heated towel rail, which we did. Bought a small "Ladder" manufacturer "Olympus". Ordered at Yulmart, the selected model was not available, so we had to wait, but we were in no hurry. But now everything is fine - and the laundry is drying, and the bathroom has a pleasant atmosphere. Well, the external characteristics are good for the product, it looks great!

He heats perfectly, looks very presentable, helped to cope with the unpleasant odors of damp and old pipes, although a temporary measure, but I am pleased with my purchase.

Due to the features of the wall, a heated towel rail with non-standard parameters was needed, i.e. the usual options were not very suitable. The Olimp factory suggested that we make a dryer according to our dimensions - more expensive, of course, than the models presented in the catalog, but clearly according to our requirements. Which completely solved our problem with the wall!

It was necessary to install durable handrails for the elderly person in the bathroom. We ordered one folding wall-mounted handrail and the usual direct one from Olympus. They took them from the warehouse themselves. For the price it turned out very acceptable, but the thing is nevertheless indispensable if there is a person with disabilities in the family. The handrails are very durable and even look pretty nice. Thanks!

In May, we bought a foxtrot heated towel rail, the manufacturer of our local OLYMP factory. We chose for a long time, read reviews, compared characteristics and prices, as a result, we settled on this manufacturer and this model. To date, very satisfied!

It copes with its functions very well, plus a nice appearance as a bonus.

The heated towel rail is very pleased, not only does it look beautiful and stylish, it also made it much warmer and more comfortable in the bathroom.In addition, it is possible not only to dry bath towels on it, but also to hang small things for drying on six crossbars - it is very convenient! During the year of operation, there were no problems with it, it looks like new!
