Installed a new one - it fit perfectly in size, heats evenly, installed with high quality - it does not leak anywhere. The work was done fine. For managers, too, no complaints. After confirming the order, they called back in 10-15 minutes, helped us make the right choice, that is, we talked about the advantages, pluses and minuses. We were promised that they would bring it on Friday - they did not disappoint. I didn’t even have to waste my time and nerves. In general, it was nice to deal with this store, where quality goods can be purchased at reasonable prices. Now it’s such a rarity. The only thing if the site was convenient was just perfect. To use and search for the necessary information is somehow inconvenient and dreary.

And somewhere in June, they ordered it on the Internet, consulted as it should, but their site is not very convenient, they figured out what was happening for quite some time. They brought it quickly, and installed it in literally half an hour according to the instructions without problems. Everything works fine, the main thing at the seams is not leaking at all, although the quality water, frankly, is not important, and there are lovers of electricity to unwind. A good brand, I hope we will last a long time.

The only negative was that the consultants called back an hour later when I ordered, but I think this is a minor minus. Towels dry very quickly, which means that the heated towel rail is working. I hung wet towels and after an hour you can take off, as they are already dry. I’ll definitely order another toilet. I took it on the advice of a friend, he has 2 pieces of heated towel rails at home, and he is very pleased, like me!
