I had Purmo at one time in the apartment. With heat dissipation, everything was smooth, but it was somehow heated unevenly, there were cold places if you led by hand. In the summer I changed them to others - Lemax firms.

They wanted to take Purmo initially, but then he watched the video about the Lemax factory and that's it, fell in love. When they received the goods home, it was a shock. I put 7 PURMO 22 radiators (bottom connection) in the apartment back in 2003. They still serve properly. There is one BUT, on all radiators the lower left corner remains cold and I don’t know what the problem is, whether it is a drawback of this type of radiator, or a connection problem ... I used to deal only with cast irons and bimetallic ones.

For heating a country house, I decided to purchase and install radiator batteries. In the building goods store, he chose PURMO brand steel radiators. I purchased four batteries (the required amount for heating in my house), which are subsequently installed in the premises by specialists. After five years of service, a radiator installed in the kitchen began to leak at the point of welding of the halves of the battery capacity.

The radiator painting was swollen to form a bag containing water. I welded a crack, painted the welding spot. The day before yesterday, the same failure occurred in a radiator installed in the living room. I fixed the malfunction in the same way as on the battery installed in the kitchen. I am frightened by the emerging similarity of breakdowns. I think to switch to aluminum or bimetal radiators, although this is not cheap.

We chose this brand for heating our home, First of all, because we fully trust the manufacturer. All Finnish-made goods that we had the opportunity to use were of high quality and durability.

Since the heated area of ​​the house is quite large, it was necessary to choose at least six radiators.
After consulting, we decided not to save, to take more expensive ones, with two heat exchangers and two convectors, since our winters are quite cold. We chose Purmo 22 panel radiators with side connection type 500/1000.
The first heating season showed that Purmo radiators are an excellent solution for heating large rooms. It was very warm in winter, even with the windows open. Heatsinks were heated very quickly and evenly. And their appearance deserves the highest rating, for this special thanks to the designers.
