About a year ago, I purchased a German mixer Gappo G1052-8. It is made of brass, it looks beautiful, shiny, chrome, glossy mixer.
It is not cheap, well, here you need to consider that the mixer is from the luxury series, so you should not expect a budget price from it.

The faucet is equipped with a swivel high spout, and a NEOPERL water aerator is also installed in it. The thing is certainly useful, the aerator really helps to save water consumption, the only thing I didn’t like was the strong spraying of water when its jets hit the bottom of the sink. Therefore, I had to slightly upgrade the mixer, I unscrewed the aerator and replaced it with another. The truth is a little tormented, the aerator was installed inside the tap and for a long time I could not figure out how to remove it correctly. In general, I recommend the model, quality at altitude, I advise!

I myself have sold and installed mixers of different brands, and from experience I know that of the budget options, the Gappo models with careful operation are the most reliable. Although for such money it was possible to produce products from better materials.The reliability and durability of gaskets and eccentrics is a big question, and the hose and watering can have to be changed in a year. An inconvenient turn of the axle box, which is only 900, is difficult to regulate water. I advise you to buy a box for 1800.

Although there may be exceptions. Two years ago I installed the Frap G2236 mixer. Very beautiful and stylish model. It works without breakdowns and the surface is almost like new. I also like that the company's designers can offer a variety of configurations and mixers functionality.

Later I bought the exact same model - F2208. I can say about this product that it is reliable, with a beautiful design, ergonomic, easy to install and does not require replacement of parts.

The lever for transferring from the tap to the shower resembles the handle of a samovar, so you always know what water will flow from when you turn it on. Both faucets are small but heavy, which means that they are made of brass. We were not confused that they were made in China. Packed in cloth bags with a knotted neck, and subsequent use, showed the quality and reliability of the product itself.

When you turn off the shower, the switch button returns to the tap function, but the button can be locked in the position I need. This function helps me in hand washing. The point is a very short tap, and pouring water into a basin is problematic. Therefore, I constantly have the soul function turned on.
