The master said that the manufacturer fulfills all its warranty obligations. 10-year warranty on the body, chrome-plated coating and ceramic crane-axle box.

The brass body, quite reliable 4.5 years in hot water with our rusty pipes, I consider a decent time.

Good day! Today I bought Esko Berlin faucets for a sink and bathtub, as well as a shower column. The seller praised and said that he would last a long time without complaints. The amount was around 18-20k rubles. Satisfied, he came home, but decided to read reviews (he decided to check whether they were so good as the seller said, he said no worse than groe). But not everyone is happy with the quality ... Can it be that Esko with such prices can compete in quality only with China? I will not return it, I decided to install it, at my own peril and risk, I will supplement the review as everyone will install it for me and use it a little.

We bought a K3 ESKO mixer in Leroy-Merlin in Mega-Adygea, I liked the design. Four months later, began to drip. Under warranty, contacted a service center in Krasnodar. For two weeks they can’t get either repaired or give an opinion, to rent and buy something else. During these two weeks, the mixer no longer drips, but flows.

I bought this mixer Esko K4 in Leroy Merlin. Immediately, it was alarming - the box lacked a guarantee, instructions and generally no documents. The box is packed in the factory. I did not find the instructions on the site. There was also a shortage, there was a lack of an intermediate sleeve (attached to the bottom of the sink on the back side). Mixer operation - terrible setting of water flow. indeed, as someone wrote correctly - completely uneconomical. Soon, I believe, it will fall apart altogether, and there will be nothing to show to anyone (there is no guarantee check) ...

In 2014, the Esko SCS 855 shower set with a bar, soap dish and watering can was purchased. Three years later, the chrome coating inside the soap dish completely peeled off. When contacting the service center, an answer was received that the soap dish is an accessory for which the guarantee is not 10 years, but two years (although I bought everything together). It was also said that this happened from its improper operation (aggressive environment, mechanical stress). In addition to soap, there was never anything in it. In general, they by any means evade warranty replacement. I do not advise taking the plumbing of this manufacturer. Take better expensive. Before that, there was a German brand made in China. No problem for 9 years.
