A few words about the sad experience of using products from IDDIS (Iddis).
Last summer, I made a complete repair in the house. He put all the plumbing, faucets, etc. A consultant in a large construction hypermarket suggested choosing this brand. He talked about European quality, great service. I, a fool, hung my ears and believed in a domestic manufacturer. A lot of things were bought - four mixers, a shower system, a shower corner, toilets, installations, etc. In total, more than one hundred thousand. A guarantee was promised for everything. Let’s talk about it.
A week ago, the faucet-box of the IDDIS JAM bathtub flowed. I remembered the tale of the four-year warranty on crane boxes and called the service center in our city. Firstly, I was clipped for a week. But the master did come. And the circus began. The master (let’s call it that, although such types are called differently) immediately sat down and began to carefully study the warranty card instead of the mixer and look for loopholes for refusal. Then he visually examined the mixer, aerator and concluded that I have low quality water, so the case is not guaranteed.
He did not even unscrew the crane box and did not inspect it !!! He didn’t even ask if I had water filters, whether it was worth softening the water!
Is funny Still would! I have a new water supply system, at the entrance to the house there is an expensive three-stage water purification and softening system. All filters are working. The water is great. And the master made conclusions about the quality of water! He did not even see or try this water (the water was shut off). And if I tried? Does he have a laboratory in his mouth?
Here is such a cool master who analyzes water by eye. Well, I offered to buy a crane box from him for 400 (four hundred!) Rubles, since I will not find such crane boxes anywhere else. With what he was sent home.
I went to the mentioned construction hypermarket (who needs it - I’ll write the name in PM) and bought the necessary crane box there for 166 rubles. At the same time I asked the seller about Iddis. He said that they are removing their products from the main assortment due to frequent complaints and (attention!) Their failure to fulfill warranty obligations. I asked, and what six months ago did your employee instill this iddis to me? And I got an answer - in the store, representatives of various brands work in the form of their sellers. I got a representative of Iddis in the summer.
Further. Arrived home, put the crane box, everything went perfectly.
But I was haunted by these specks in the aerator. Where did they come from? I disassembled the mixer and found inside the casting marriage at the inlet to the spout (and I still thought why it was from this mixer that the pressure is weak - moreover, from the gander, and from the shower it is normal). A huge heap with sharp edges sticks out in the case. The edges corrode and the grains break off and fall into the aerator. I took a picture of everything, stitched it as best I could, gathered a file around it, put it on - everything works wonderfully!
That's it.
Do not trust the domestic manufacturer, reordering all of its components in Chinese factories! Want to buy trash - buy honest Chinese faucets for five times less price. In operation, you will not notice the difference.
After all, I could then calmly buy plumbing with the money of a well-known German brand with a fifteen-year guarantee and not know the problems!
Dear representatives of Iddis (if so, they will read my review)! I did not have long to use your wonderful equipment. Next summer, in connection with the child’s admission to the institute, we’ll move to a new large house, it’s almost completed. This summer I will again have a hell of repair and a massive purchase of plumbing. Do you think I will ever stop my choice on your products? Or will I advise anyone?
