The thread for a flexible shower hose is turned 45 degrees down to the wall, so during installation you have to wind the hose first and when you tighten the mixer nuts, the hose abuts against the tile. If you subsequently need to change the hose, you will have to dismantle the entire mixer. This is such a problem.
