Some 5 thousand hryvnias paid something (a greenhouse of 50 sq. M.) ... By the end of the summer and the beginning of autumn, a full kapets came to the film ... The reinforcement remained, and the film fell .

I have had a greenhouse for quite some time, I had to buy and install a coating every year. Since the greenhouse has a metal frame, it is not possible to put and remove the same film every season. Given that in our area every year in May-June, during the landing of seedlings, very strong winds blow. Sometimes it was necessary to patch or pull the coating set a week ago.

Last year, I bought a film from the Korean company Polinet. I thought it’s enough for several seasons. According to calculations, it should have paid off in 3 years. but it was not there. The winds raised the squares between the threads of the reinforcement.

I bought a reinforced film Polinet Lux last season, when the old one has already turned into one continuous patch of adhesive tape. I think that now the greenhouse will last several seasons without the troublesome film overhaul each year.

I have been professionally growing greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and more recently, seedlings since I was 95. I use frames both factory-made and home-made. Over the years I have tried many “special films for greenhouses”. For the most part, these films are simply an advertising trick of the implementers. From the year before last, I took the reinforced Polinet Lux film for coating, for testing. Now I gradually transfer all my greenhouses to this film. She was perfectly adapted to difficult operating conditions. It withstands sudden temperature changes, wind and snow loads, thanks to strong threads. And large cells provide maximum light throughput after glass.

I have not had a greenhouse for the first year. And until recently, each time in the spring I was confronted with the painful question of what kind of coating film to buy, so as not to run into an expensive, but ordinary film, the whole advantage of which is the simple lies of marketers. Three years ago I decided to try reinforced film. I shot it for the winter, because I saw an example of a neighbor who left her, hoping for strength. The film actually withstood, but the wooden frame of the greenhouse is not.

As for the light transmittance, then, first, the seedlings, and then the tomatoes in it grow beautifully.

I use film No. 17 of the Plastic plant, 170 microns thick. I think it is impractical to take thicker with reinforcement, since it is still necessary to change after 3-4 years, even if the coating itself is intact. From microdamages, the light transmittance greatly decreases.

It turns out cheaper than buying a new one every year.
