The problem was solved by persuading neighbors to reduce the sound of the TV. Now others live there and more or less now.

When I started to make repairs, the first thing I thought about was how to solve the problem, my friends told Polyf about the insulation. It is sold in ordinary construction stores. To my surprise, his thickness was only 5 mm. The material itself has the following parameters: total length 14 meters, roll width 50 centimeters, enough for 7 meters squared. I pasted it on ordinary PVC glue, everything is fine, nothing fell off. After sticking, you need to let Polyphom stand for 3 days, after which you can do further repairs, glue the wallpaper and everything else.

Now about the effect. The apartment has become warmer - this is a fact, but the heater did not cope with my main problem. The noise level became lower, but did not disappear completely. In this problem, apparently 5 mm is not enough.
