There is no solution from them. Awful Russian production group. It seems that the products manufactured at the plant in Tosno are continuous defects which are covered by the after-sales service. I wonder why the main company Roca does not care about the quality of its products?

I purchased a white toilet 342517000 ROCA DAMA SENSO, (customer order No. 7255 of 06/07/2015, the shopping center "European" city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region) after installation, I found a crack in the body of the toilet, turned to the seller to replace the toilet, the seller refuses to make a replacement. It was not possible to detect a crack inside the toilet bowl when buying. Further operation is not possible.
