Multilayer panels in 2007 were considered unfamiliar material, the cat wept. We found sensible information before starting work, a little embarrassed. But the architect of the developer has already drafted a project for heat-efficient blocks, the team has long taken an advance. By the way, they paid a lot: 17 thousand per square meter (foundation, roof, windows were taken into account). They wanted to get along with ordinary workers, but then-fashioned profiles turned out to have so many vagaries that they had to fork out.
Now no regrets, only delight. They lived in a dozen houses, but for the first time they felt real comfort only here. These panels are quite a bit inferior to brick. They keep the heat wonderful. In winter, minus above 30, we (all frozen) walk barefoot, wear bathrobes. In summer, the material admirably supports fresh air.
pros
very comfortable, perfectly keep warm in winter, prevent summer stuff from entering the house
Minuses
you need to order a project to an architect, hire a team, expensive
