I have been familiar with the puncher for more than 4 years. The average power, 750 W, will be enough only for non-professional use. Several operating modes: drilling, with a blow and of course dolbeshka. In general, I can say that the device is solid 3. The workmanship is not bad. I will not advise, for such a cost, I think that you can find a better device, more reliable, better.

But here, what I really do not like is constant overheating, it is necessary to interrupt constantly during long work.

I can also note a minus that there is no fixation of the lever of the mode switch, it is not entirely convenient. The case is not at all high-quality, the latches broke quickly, ordinary plastic. In dolbyeshka mode it works, not quite as I expected from it, it is rather weak. I won’t complain about other modes, it works fine, it’s enough, not fast of course.

During the period of New Year's Eve, I bought a BLACK & DECKER KD985KA puncher at a great price at that time. Immediately what caught my eye was that in its kit, there was an instruction in Russian, which indicates the seriousness of the manufacturer. The punch set was beyond praise, the manufacturer did not stint and included: a blade for chiselling, a drill for 10 and 8, a chuck for drilling. The puncher works pretty well, it survived the 4th protracted repair.

During repairs, an additional handle was very useful, it is much easier to work with it (the hand does not get tired so quickly). I didn’t like the fact that the puncher, when used for a long time (30-40 minutes), gets very hot, and I haven’t found any disadvantages anymore!

At the end of September 2013, I bought a Black & Decker KD 975 puncher. For a week I worked the puncher without any problems, but then I began to pay attention to the fact that grease began to appear under the switch, and the longer I worked, the more grease came out. It was no longer possible to work on it, because after work, I found myself all in grease.

Since the puncher was still under warranty service, in order to eliminate this problem, I brought it to the service, after a month of waiting (until the examination was completed), I was informed that the punch, due to factory defects, wore the sealing cuffs, brushes and bearings. Having put forward an offer in return, the same new punch.I took a new one, it works fine, the grease does not run, it drilled concrete floors with it, it drills perfectly! There are no complaints about the work of the puncher, I really like everything!
