On November 7, 2017, a bed and a mattress were ordered at the Toris store in Furniture Hall in St. Petersburg. And what do you think? I am writing a review on June 6 and the company still has not bothered to provide quality products. As for the mattress, everything is fine, but the bed is quiet horror ... I'll start from the beginning. Initially, delivery was ordered on December 13, after which it was postponed 5 times, if not more, every few days. There was an acute desire to refuse the order, but the furniture in the salon looked beautiful and of high quality, so it was decided to wait, because we thought that good quality furniture was worth the wait. As a result, we received the order on January 16 (for 34 days of delay under the contract we were paid a penalty). After assembly, everything was fine. But less than 2 months of operation, as from all sides of the bed, we found a discrepancy in the material at the joints. buying a new bed for a lot of money you can’t expect this). In the salon, they made a claim to replace the bed and were supposed to bring it on April 27, but no one bothered to even call that the bed would not be replaced. We called ourselves and got on an eternal answering machine, called us a couple of times and set a date and didn’t bring it ... When this unfortunate bed was brought on June 5 at 9 pm, we did not wait .. The new bed was obviously used , shabby, with sherbins and the same swelling as on the previous one (and they already dismantled it and lowered it down). The driver replied to the remark about the quality that she was still better than the one you had. I have no words. Now I can’t get through there again ... Apparently I’ll have to go to court. I will post this review wherever possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A COMPANY IN ANYTHING !!!!!!!!
