I have known about Dream land and the beds of this furniture factory for a long time, we have their furniture salon at Avtozavodskaya in the MC “Rumer”, and, I must say, the samples are gorgeous. Actually, I immediately decided that for a new apartment I would book a bed here.

I chose the Mona model, and the designer was called to the house through the factory website. Conveniently. I chose the type of base, upholstery from the flock. Practical and beautiful material. After 30 days, the bed was brought. Sleeping is very comfortable.

In 2014, they bought a Santa bed and a Crete chair (Dream Land). After 2-3 years, defects appeared in the leatherette upholstery at the chair and at the bed, namely in those places where there is no contact. The chair sank from a weight of 50 kg, and the chair was used for 15-20 minutes in the morning and evening. The skin at the seams does not diverge where it is operated, but where there is no contact. It is quite possible that the master clearly overdid it and pulled the skin over. As a result, the skin begins to crumble.

And the most important thing is falsification - when choosing furniture, we were guided in the choice of material by Arpatek (reverse cotton base), material of the 4th category. As a result, when they brought furniture to us, they brought it with unknown material that does not have a cotton base. We turned to the seller why the material is not the same, so she said that "well, the color is beautiful, the quality material is from the same series." Believed and in vain. Passport and pieces of material are all available.

To date, the chair had to be removed, because poor-quality material is toxic, the same fate befell the bed. The service center, instead of recognizing its shortcomings and eliminating them (as in normal organizations, where they value their name), is trying again to pump money from the buyer.
Anyone who decides to buy furniture in this disgusting organization, I advise you to think. The beauty offered to you is not worth the money and in 2-3 years you will throw everything in a landfill, becausepulling everything will be more expensive than buying a new one, but this is not the main thing - poor-quality material is toxic, think about your health.

Experience with Dreamland begins back in 2005. Then the two beds ordered at the factory + sofa and armchairs in the same holding left such an indelible impression :-) that there were no doubts when choosing furniture for new repairs this year - the beds are only Dreamland!

The experience of working with our order is now sad - in the future I will start by looking for an alternative to Dreamland. I ordered two beds in early June, set the production with a delay, however, managed to delay the delivery at the end of August for two weeks. When I received the goods, I found a problem, wrote a complaint in the form of collectors. Their phrase: “They will contact you” is the last thing I heard from the manufacturer. For two weeks, neither a call nor a letter ... I decided the question at my own expense, with the cost of two beds more than 400,000, expectations are not justified, but more than that. On their site they pass only laudatory reviews addressed to them.

I read reviews and don’t understand why people are so aggressive about their situations. Usually, all points are negotiated upon purchase. Yes, no one is safe from force majeure, but in dream land they quickly solve all problems. For example, on the second day after assembling the bed, my upholstery was damaged due to our fault. So I called the store, a representative came to me, looked at the damage and we agreed on how and when the situation will be corrected.

In the room of the eldest daughter, they recently made repairs and accordingly began to select furniture. I liked the bed in Dream Land, the model of the daughter chose Ulysses. From the aesthetic side, the bed looks gorgeous, reminds of a sofa, looks very modern and exactly what a teenager needs.

In addition to everything, they also ordered pillows in the form of decor for this sofa, so it turned out very stylishly. The bed has an orthopedic base, a very important point, since you will need to sleep on it everyday.

Upholstery took velor, green. They made us a bed for a month, delivered everything on time. Her husband was collecting, I did not see any discontent on his part.
In general, the bed justified all the money invested in it from our budget. My daughter is happy, the bed is high-quality, looks strong and youthful, will serve us for a long time.

Last April, I bought a Tahiti bed in Dream Land. They made it instantly and brought it quickly, there are no complaints. But when they started to unpack it at home, something strange began to happen. She simply carried a disgusting smell from her, gave off very sharply than something sweetish and chemical. To the question, “what is it?”, The collectors answered - “everything is fine, just ventilate the apartment”. Another moment I immediately noticed that the cover for the base was sewn crooked very and clearly did not fit in size.

As a result, tormented for a week, the smell did not disappear. I called the factory, a craftsman arrived, who spread his hands and said that it was necessary to ventilate. I was shocked, just called them again, after which they took back the headboard, which they returned in a month, all the same - with an unpleasant “aroma”.
I wrote a complaint with a request to collect the goods and return the money to me, they have been silent for a month now.
